MJ | 1613 comments So, there's an adult series I read that is the same world and characters, but there are multiple authors. I think there are 3 authors to date and 10 books, but they don't co author, each book is written by only one of them. There are a few things either lost or skipped due to their method, but for the most part, those are minor and the books flow quite well.

What I'm asking here is if anyone knows of any other series that are written by multiple authors, and are not co written?

Anie_chan | 76 comments Lord of the Vampires is book one in Royal House of Shadows where each book written by different authors but connected by relationship of the main characters, they're siblings. M/F.

Flash Point is book one in Protect and Serve series, with the theme of paranormal creatures but are mostly stand-alones from various authors. M/M, M/F and can't remember if there's other kind of pairings.

The Legend of Banzai Maguire is the first book in a vaguely sci-fi romance series. The series itself is called 2176, is 5 books long and has 4 authors. The author who wrote #1 also wrote the last book in the series. All set in the same world, which is, surprise, surprise, 2176. The main characters in 2 of the books are female pilots who, as a result of an accident are put into cryogenic storage and thawed out in the future.

Elise | 8 comments Quentaris in Flames by Michael Pryor Slaves of Quentaris by Paul Collins Pirates of Quentaris by Sherryl Clark
The Quentaris Chronicles
All set in the city of Quentaris, the ones I have read didnt have any of them same characters as they were all stand alone stories.
There are heaps of books in this series and quite a few different authors.
