I know the feeling! I downloaded the sample on my kindle a while ago, and the preview seemed promising.

LOL I wish I'd been that smart while reading! Instead, I was overwhelmed with feels and couldn't think properly. :P
Ugh, this book is giving me way too any feels. It's so good!(view spoiler)
Oh, and I'm on page 222, by the way. :D
I'm so excited to start this now! The book I'm reading is pretty average, but I wanted to finish it before I started this... I may just have to ignore it :P
It's so good! You won't regret reading it!Lol, but you should finish your other book. It might just help you prepare for this monster of a book :P
You finished it so fast Kim!! I got busy last night, but I'll definitely get a good chunk read today :)
Lol, yeah... I'm on break right now, so I had all day to sit and read :DI'm really excited to see how you like the book!
I've got tons of other stuff to do and committed to several R2Rs this week, but still... the comments on this thread have inspired me to join the party! Just started. On page 18.

Yay! Thanks for joining us! It's so good!
I would like to join you guys! I have the book at home so I can start later today! It looks so good!

I've made it to page 123 and I got to say I really love the format of this. Even though we don't have the whole picture I really like it. Does anyone else feel like their a main character of star wars while they read? I certainly do. (view spoiler)
210. Damn this has picked up speed in lightyears. Some crazy stuff is happening and I'm having trouble processing everything. This is ridiculous, but I love it all the same! (view spoiler)
Pausing for the night at 362 and I just don't know what to say right now. This book has put me through such emotional stress in the past three hours that I don't know how to function like a normal human being. There's too many feels and I can't with AIDAN. I'm so done with AIDAN.
Victoria wrote: "Up to page 139, but I'm really unsure about whether or not I'm enjoying it... [spoilers removed]"I feel the same way(view spoiler)

This afternoon, her planet was invaded.
The year is 2575, and two rival megacorporations are at war over a planet that’s little more than an ice-covered speck at the edge of the universe. Too bad nobody thought to warn the people living on it. With enemy fire raining down on them, Kady and Ezra—who are barely even talking to each other—are forced to fight their way onto an evacuating fleet, with an enemy warship in hot pursuit.
But their problems are just getting started. A deadly plague has broken out and is mutating, with terrifying results; the fleet's AI, which should be protecting them, may actually be their enemy; and nobody in charge will say what’s really going on. As Kady hacks into a tangled web of data to find the truth, it's clear only one person can help her bring it all to light: the ex-boyfriend she swore she'd never speak to again.
Told through a fascinating dossier of hacked documents—including emails, schematics, military files, IMs, medical reports, interviews, and more—Illuminae is the first book in a heart-stopping, high-octane trilogy about lives interrupted, the price of truth, and the courage of everyday heroes.
