Thanks Karen! I've really enjoyed the series so far so I'm excited to try to get up to date! :)

I pick Song of the Lioness series by Tamora Pierce for you. The books in that series has a higher average rating than the books in the other series that you listed.
I have a hard time recommending books with an average rating of less than 4 stars, unless I have personally read and rated them myself. TMI?
Happy Reading!!

I choose the Grimm series for you. I haven't read it, but it sounds really interesting. Hope you enjoy!"

Lindy, there are three problems with your post. First and foremost, you have missed the sign up deadline by 6 days! Sign ups ended on December 13th at 12:00 pm EST. Therefore, you will not be getting any selections this month, as pairs have already been posted and all participants already have their picks.
Secondly, your post doesn't have a viable list to work from. Series that you only have to read one book in aren't eligible to be placed among the series you want to have people pick from. Therefore, all but one of the items you mention on your list is ineligible! Those books would be better served in the Dusty Bookshelf challenge that we do monthly. However, you've already missed the deadline for that as well, as it was the same as for this challenge. The rule for listing a series is "There must be a minimum of TWO books remaining in your series." This is in the How It Will Work section of the second message in the middle of point 1).
Thirdly, and most importantly, your post doesn't follow the proper format! Bookcovers must be used when posting the series, not just typing out authors and book names! As per bullet 1) in the How It Will Work section, "*When listing your series, please only list the bookcovers in the series you have NOT read yet." I'll show you an example of how you would do a proper series nomination:
Nantucket Series by Denise Hunter

In order to bold the series and author name, you would type a < b> with no spacing in front of the word Nantucket, and then type a < /b> with no spacing after the word Hunter in the author's name. Going to the next line you would go to the "add book/author" link at the top of every comment box and click it. Once clicked, a pop up box would appear with a search box in it. Below the search box is an item that says "add: ___link ___cover" The lines I put in are actually represented in the box by clickable circles. You will want to make sure that "cover" is clicked before you type the book you want to search for in the search box! You then search for the book, and when it comes up, you click on the add button on the right hand side of the search results. Goodreads will then automatically insert the bookcover for you, though it will be typed like [ bookcover:The Seaside Letters|XXXXX] where the Xs will be actual numbers.
I hope this helps you for when we get things set up for February! Look for the thread for that to be posted sometime in January.

You may need to unsubscribe from the discussion. Right above the comment box at the bottom of the page is a sentence that might read "You are following this discussion (instant email)" with the word "edit" that is clickable. If you click on that edit link, a pop up will appear that has several options. Select "None - Do not get notified when people reply." at the bottom, and it will take you out of the discussion so you don't get more e-mails from it.
However, you will still get mass e-mails if the mods send them out. The only way to stop those is to leave the group completely.
