1) Tofu is soy delicious.
2) It depends. Some people have no business sporting either.
3) It so corny. But this one night some girlfriends of mine (including Kristina's sister) thought we were all crazy and bad ass and went around doing all these pranks on boys. We went swimming in our underwear in our friend's pool and left him a note floating in a bottle. We snuck into one guy's house while his family was eating dinner and listened from the kitchen hall. We stayed up all night and then went out to breakfast when the sun came up and then went to a three-on-three basketball tournament at our friend's house. I might be combining two nights in my head. Best time!
4) Oh gosh. I remember a very uncomfortable ride home from a football game where I managed to be just strong enough in my drunken state to shove off an even drunker friend of mine about 3428957 times.
5) It was deposited into my checking account where it was spent like my usual money.
6) Better than us.
7) Oh, guns are bullshit, but I don't want them only in the wrong hands, so what can we do? My dad can (and does) carry a concealed weapon. Good for him! WHOOPEE!!! He has his rights!!!!! He can kill somebody. Yay.
We don't have the "right" to do all sorts of things, and just because somebody wants to revoke your "right" doesn't mean they're against "rights." We don't have the right to grow marijuana or to build a house for my grandpa on the back of my parent's acreage. What about those rights?!
I'd rather be mugged and murdered than kill someone, myself. And I hate guns. But they're not going to be taken from you, so don't stress.
8)I suppose I'll be old, senile and wrinkly, but I'll still look younger than Nick.

2) afro or buzz cut?

--sneaking out and walking over to the AT&T parking lot to smoke cigarettes. The blacktop was perfectly smooth and stayed so warm even in the middle of the night.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
--i dated this guy who was just ok. he was nice enough but i got sick of him pretty quick. i didn't want to break up with him because i was a pansy so i just tried to be irritating as hell so he would break up with me. (i'm extra good at this.) it worked and everything was fine. except the rest of the time we were in school together he acted like he broke my heart. i used to get to school early in the morning sometimes and sit at my locker and study. he did too. he would walk by my locker, not say anything, just throw a piece of candy at me. i wanted to be like: "you aren't even cute! I don't know why i ever went out with you!" but i used to go out with any guy who would ask so whatever. thanks for bringing that painful memory back, nick.
edit: this makes me sound like i got around which i didn't. what i meant was that mostly i didn't get asked out so when i did, i said yes.

Where were you when I was in high school? Everybody shot me down.
Where were you when I was in high school? Everybody shot me down.
Haha. I want to fix Nick's spelling in the thread title, but I don't know if he was going for "wildly" or "widely."

I have been told that I’m related to some English monarch who died as a result of eating too much meat. I don’t know what that means, but I would gladly follow in his footsteps. I’d rather live to seventy eating meat like a man, than live to one hundred eating tofu like a @#%$
2) afro or buzz cut?
I would have a buzz cut right now if the wife didn’t hate it.
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
I refuse to answer, as I don’t wish to incriminate myself.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
I tend to block out a lot of stuff.
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
I’m a saver. We would like to buy a house one of these days.
6) The truth: you find most kids...
Just awful.
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
Oh, it’s my right. And I happily exercise it.
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
I’ve been acting like a curmudgeon for years already. The other day I saw a bunch of people in their forties dressed like they were teen-agers, and it was incredibly pitiful. I asked the wife if I ever did that. She gave me a weird look and said; “Ummm no, that is definitely not your problem".

Meat... as long is it has been grown on a factory farm- I know the living conditions are atrocious, but they produce tasty animals. I will not eat meat that has been shot by the person serving it to me. Also, I will not eat meat that is still on the bone. Ack.
2) afro or buzz cut?
Afro- much friendlier. Buzz cuts are for military, ex-military, gang members and kids whose moms don't want to deal with boy hair.
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
I LOVE fall, because it reminds me of cheering at football games- they were always super fun and the crowd was awesome and the team didn't lose very often, so that was helpful. The crispy air, the fog that sometimes rolls onto fields and inthe way Gresham smells when people have fires in fireplaces or burn leaves in their backyard for the first time- Magic.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
When my mom found a condom wrapper and she and my dad yelled at me for what seemed like hours. I told boyfriend (who was the idiot who left it where it could be found) and HE CRIED. I was dry-eyed the whole time, but sad I was screwing a crier. Hell, at least I was being responsible!
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
Spent... immediately.
6) The truth: you find most kids... parented incorrectly.
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
Everything Montambo said.
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
I was around for a conversation between two of my friends that centered around them living in an Old Folks Home together when their husbands died- I asked why I wasn't included in this plan and they told me it was because I would die early. I decided that day to dance on every one of their graves- so I'm thinking I'll be an old, wrinkly curmudgeon.

Ahhh, tofutti!
2) afro or buzz cut?
Afro. You mean on me, right?
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
None!!!!! Ugh! Make it go away!
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
when jessi and christina asked ben osbun if he would go out with me and he wouldn't. but i didn't know about it because they did it in secret! (I had to think really hard about this. The truth is, I forget what happened in most of high school. It was way too boring to remember.)
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
Save it! (well, usually. sometimes I don't have a job, so i have to spend it on food and shelter.)
6) The truth: you find most kids...
Cute from a distance. eye-gougingly horrible from close up. even though i want some of my own. But I'm not having any so it doesn't matter.
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
which one is that again? Oh, the gun one? Um, hate guns. Hate 'em. Seriously hate 'em.
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
a senile, wrinkly, curmudgeon who has periods of euphoria
I have been wildly ignoring this thread for two days now.

So it's time to change that:
1) tofu or meat?
- Meat, but I like tofu too.
2) afro or buzz cut?
- Depends.
I wanted to shave off all my hair at one point. That was crazy!!! What was going on in my head at that time?! I puzzle myself.
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
- We were bunch of really geeking kids, most of us getting drunk for the first time in our lives. That's it. I don't remember much from it.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
- That moment is a total downer. And I mean it. I'm talking actual life long mental scaring. So I'll spare you details. I know it sounds cryptic, but trust me you don't want to know.
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
- Save.
6) The truth: you find most kids...
- Cute to pet and play a little with. That's it. I don't want any in my house. (At least for now)
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
- Irrelavant. No such thing like 2nd amendment here, for which I'm grateful.
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
a senile, wrinkly, curmudgeon who has periods of euphoria
- I like old people! Well, to be honest, I like one old person: my grandfather...

Ah, I grew up eating tofu! So... it depends. As far as meat is concerned, I generally stick with fish and chicken.
2) afro or buzz cut?
Afro. Where's Alfonso?
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
All of 10th grade. 11th grade: My SAT score. Sad, I know. 12th grade: baseball/state championship.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
Graduation. :( I loved high school.
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
Spend it.
6) The truth: you find most kids...
Really fucking annoying.
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
Amanda is afraid of firearms.
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
Curmudgeon.

Meat, please.
2) afro or buzz cut?
Depends whose hair we're talking about. I love my Jewish friends who proudly sport the jewfro.
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
Trying to cheer my friend up after her boyfriend broke up with her. It wasn't working, so her brother and I just got completely shitfaced and managed to act like just jackasses that it ended up cheering her up.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
Nearly every other moment besides the one listed in #3.
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
Spent responsibly. Thanks to my last two tax refunds my husband and I are now student loan debt-ree!
6) The truth: you find most kids...
Fairly annoying, but pretty easy to ignore. Except my own. I can't ignore him for anything.
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
Both.
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
Please, please senility.
1) tofu or meat?
I’m going to say meat, because I’m allergic to tofu. At least that’s what I’ve started telling people, because when I tell them I don’t like it, they say that’s because it wasn’t prepared properly. And then, of course, they prepare it for me properly. Ugh.
2) afro or buzz cut?
I’ve never really experimented with either, but I think a buzz would look less ridiculous on me.
3) desirable high school memory/moment?
Well, there was that girl that one time, at that place.
4) memory/moment in high school that has cause life long mental scaring?
Well, I saw the heavy-set football coach sitting in his above ground pool. He was in his underwear and he was practicing his cast with his fishing rod (not a euphemism people – why you gotta be so nasty?).
5)Tax refund spend it/save it or responsibly spent/save i.e. applied to mortgage principle.
Not really my department. I’ll ask the wife and get back to you.
6) The truth: you find most kids...
Not nearly as cute as my kids.
7)2nd amendment: your right or an outdated constitutional concession.
Hey look over there. What the hell is that? (slinks away)
8) who will you be in your golden years, (*note this questions is more pertinent to Gretchen and Montmambo)a curmudgeon or a person who is in denial and in fact: old, senile, and wrinkly
