In response to this check this out, but I warn you to take the info with a large pinch of salt, zonalert.wordpress.com/.../the-fiverr......

and https://zonalert.wordpress.com/tag/hu...

while the information in the blog post is definitely wrong about the authors mentioned as the blog post is more of a vindictive rant rather than a balanced argument, but nevertheless it highlights a possible practice within the industry. Again, I'd like to make it clear that the info within the posts is debunk.

Patricia | 1266 comments Christine - hope all goes well with your Dad. I went through similar things with my mother 4 years ago and it is so stressful to be getting calls and running to the hospital. Best to your Dad and all the family.

Ter'e - take care of your husband and best wishes to you and him. A house is an inanimate object and will still be there when things settle down. Family first - great choice!

Sadly, something must be in the air. A friend of ours mentioned on facebook that she had a stroke in October and is recovering, and another facebook friend's husband was diagnosed with cancer and he has quickly passed away. Reminders to be so grateful for my wonderful life and not worry about the small stuff.

Sue (coccotoro) | 2087 comments Oh Christine, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. You and your family have been through so much, in such a short time. My heart and love goes out to you and your dad. I am praying for your dad. I know what it is like to deal with a parent that has heart problems. My late mom died at the age of 84 of degenerate heart failure. She was always being rushed to ER with some sort of arrythymia. At least in Canada, we are fortunate that we don't have to deal with Medigap. Be strong and keep us updated. Take care of yourself.

Christine, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. Stay strong and I hope you're able to successfully navigate the insurance issues. That's the last thing you need to be dealing with at this terrible time.

Christine (clt04) | 4838 comments Wow, thank all you guys for the love and well wishes!! I really appreciate all the kind notes. Will see how things shake out. So far Dad remains a mystery patient. Doing fairly well though hospitals sure do a number on older people's memories...

Just to mention if you are interested on our home page, there is an area for "photos".

I have added 7-8 photos taken over the last 4 days where my wife and I did our Christmas Market Fayre.

Hope you like the pictures, sadly the weather was not good and not as successful as before.

But great characters and good fun.

Lorrea - WhatChaReadin'? (whatchatreadin) My heart is so heavy right now. Yesterday one of youngest cousins lost her battle with cancer, she was only 6 years old. In her short time here on earth, she touched a lot of lives including one of the players from the Washington Wizards. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/22...

Earlier this week, my best friend's husband lost his father just days before they were supposed to travel to see him so he could meet his great-granddaughter in person.

Then last week, we lost my great uncle. Right now I really feel bad for my grandmother. Last week she loses her brother, this week her great-granddaughter.

Christine (clt04) | 4838 comments Hi Dawn, he got out of hospital yesterday and is in rehab to build him up a bit. I think it is starting to sink in a bit that he probably can't go back to his apartment because of these unpredictable spells. He's depressed, understandably. Kinda heartbreaking to watch...

I am a boxsetter too! Now that we are on christmas break me and the boys are finally going to work our way through the last two series of Breaking Bad, before we move on to Sons of Anarchy.

message 2641: by Patricia (new)

Patricia | 1266 comments Elaine and Janet - does that mean sitting down with a box set of a TV series and watching it straight through? We call that binge watching.
