Loved grasshopper jungle! It was very different and I can see it not being for everybody cause it's kinda twisted. But i loved it.

message 52: by Kara (new)

Kara (greathera77) I just finished The Glass Casket by McCormick Templeman
and can't decide if i want to read A Great and Terrible Beauty (Gemma Doyle, #1) by Libba Bray or Ship Breaker (Ship Breaker, #1) by Paolo Bacigalupi next.

message 53: by Brigid ✩ (new)

Brigid ✩ | 738 comments I'm excited to read Grasshopper Jungle! Haha I have heard it's pretty "out there" but I've read a few of Andrew Smith's books before so that doesn't surprise me. ;) Oooh and I love A Great and Terrible Beauty! Ship Breaker was just okay for me, although I know a lot of people liked it more than I did.

I try to have a list, but I never ever end up reading from my list. It all depends on what I'm in the mood for. Or a buddy read that gets put together. ;)

Jenny (juliababyjen) | 12932 comments Mod
I was going to say, most of my list is always switched around by buddy reads! But I'm okay with that, buddy reading with my besties is one of my fave things ever!!

Karen’s Library | 11320 comments Mod
Exactly Jenny! I will move everything around at the drop of a hat to join in with my buddies. It almost feels strange to read alone anymore.
