Sometimes I get this feeling. Where so many shit is going on at once. And I don't know how to handle it all. And I feel so overwhelmed with it and it's like I'm being engulfed in it all, like I'm drowning and I can't swim to the surface.
I think the best way to describe this is it feels like I'm breathing all the air around me. Inhaling it all in. But never exhaling. Because it's as if someone has their hand around my throat and squeezing it and I can't breathe and I can't bring the air down my throat, to my lungs because I'm being suffocated. And the only thing left to do is scream and cry.
