She slowly came to a stop and sighed softly. "Okay, I guess you want to talk now." She rolled her shoulders back and was finally able to relax. The swings were very helpful. It helped her calm down and stop worrying about what might happen to her now.

That's what I was doing right now. Not falling in love, heck I wish I was falling in love. No, I was falling to the bottom of a well.
I could no longer see light above as the darkness welcomed me like an old friend. People's faces blurred as I fell deeper into the pit of loneliness I lived in.
This well represented my life. Cold, empty, dark. It didn't have friends, no one cared about it, it just sat here with no purpose in life. Except now. Now it's my prison, it keeps me away from the townspeople.
Or possibly the townspeople away from me.
I was used to this. Being different did this to people.
In second grade a kid couldn't take bathes because he had no access to the proper utensils. He was kicked out of all activities and when it came lunch time people stole his.
A young couple moved into the neighborhood five years ago. They moved out one year later after everyone in the town sent them hate mail for disrupting our quiet peace.
The town drunk was run out after a night drinking. Normally this was a fine event, drinking that is. But this man had visited every night for a week straight. That wasn't normal in our small town so they made sure he knew he wasn't wanted.
Needless to say anything different in this town was considered bad. So imagine what they did with the little girl that was born differently.
A little girl that could raise the dead.
More than that too. But that's what upset them most. I've spent my whole life hiding from the critics but today they snapped. I was simply walking down the street when they grabbed me. I haven't done a single bad thing in my life, let along with my powers. If anything I hide them.
"Stupid sorcer!"

Those all followed me as I went farther and farther. I should be near the bottom now. I can feel it coming. I called upon the dead to catch me, I don't feel like dying today.
Not like it mattered. I could just bring myself back anyway, I've done it before.
Soon I found hundreds of bony hands catching me as I plummeted down. I found myself in the arms of my best friend. Yes he's dead, but he's all I've got.
"Don't talk," he whispered.
I think he knew my feelings. Being dead gives you some perks.
He wiped my tears and held me close," let's leave this place Aeron."
I looked up at my little British boy, "okay Landon. Take me away."
I had soft serve frozen yogurt for breakfast this morning...

You were the first one though NAME, and you did the worst damage. And I wasn't even mad at her at first, or you! I was just annoyed that I was trying to do something for myself, that was really important, and you got mad because I was just occupied by myself at the time.
