I have a boyfriend but I pretend flirt with his best friend. It happens. Just make sure her girlfriend doesn't catch you. My boyfriend tried to kill his best friend when he saw us. XDDD It was funny.
(I have an interesting habit of making Lyle jealous, because he's so amazingly adorable when he tries not to show jealousy but does anyways. I know, it's mean. :P)
(The feeling is mutual. :) I wanna meet everyone!! Dx).

My thoughts were interrupted when my mother abruptly pulled me down the stairs "Raven this is Nathaniel."
I looked up and screamed, "you!"
"You!" he yelled back.
"Weddings off. I'm not marrying this fucker!" I growled.
"You guys know each other?" my mother asked, bewildered.
I glared at him, "you could say that."
"Yes we do. With all do respect ma'am, your daughter is a bitch."
"I'm the bitch? God, why hasn't anyone hit you with a brick!" I yelled.

Hey Lyle, sorry for pestering you buuuuut, y'know the homework that Ms. Turk gave us? Yeah, well, on #5 it says "...does Friar Lawrence give to Juliet..." And shouldn't it be Romeo? Since Friar Lawrence didn't even talk to Juliet in scene three...?

You lead by being honest about your success and failures. You're at the point where you are comfortable being a leader.
You would rather teach someone to be self-sufficient than simply doing something for them. You help others help themselves.
You get people to realize their own potential ... potential they didn't even know was there. Your leadership is life changing.
I can play hard
Catch me at the bar
You're f*cking with the star
'Cause I can play hard
I can play hard
Whiskey and cigars
You're watching from afar
How I can play hard
Burning holes in the back of my head
Hanging on to every word that I said
Got your heart in the palm of my hand
I can play hard
Catch me at the bar
You're f*cking with the star
'Cause I can play hard
I can play hard
Whiskey and cigars
You're watching from afar
How I can play hard
On your knees got you holding your breath
Demons out, but you're better off dead
Bottles up, get it off of my chest
I can play hard
Catch me at the bar
You're f*cking with the star
'Cause I can play hard
I can play hard
Whiskey and cigars
You're watching from afar

The film depended greatly on Sci-fi Fans, because they were the ones who would understand and be more interested in the movie. Fewer than 40 theaters booked Star Wars. The special effects seemed real, and the theaters were jammed full of people who in the end, loved it. They broke 36 House records out of 37 movies showings. A month after it was released, George was ready to make the other movies. He did not want to have anything to do with Hollywood, even though he was credited with reinvigorating it. In three weeks, Fox's Stock price doubles to a record high. The movie did well in Europe, but when Alan Ladd Jr. attended the premiere in Japan, he thought the silence meant it was a flop. He was relieved when he found out that silence was the greatest compliment the Japanese audience could give! Not very much Star Wars merchandise was available for the first few months after the premiere. Lucasfilm's Charles Lippincott had tried to attract potential licensees before the film opened, but prior to Star Wars there had been few successful motion picture licensing campaigns and Lippincott's attempts were rejected. Only Kenner Products signed on shortly before Star Wars opened. Kenner did not believe the movie would be a hit, but they were interested in making a line of colorful space toys. When Star Wars became a blockbuster, they were caught off guard, and were unable to produce toys in time for Christmas orders, they were forced to sell boxed vouchers for Star Wars action figures. Mark, who plays Luke, lit up when he found out his face was a mask on a box of cereal! Kids could cut out his eyes, and they could wear his face. He also got to be on a bubble gum card. He said, “I thought I had to be athletic to be a bubble gum card!” Carrie Fisher said, "You're not really famous until you're a Pez dispenser… And I'm not famous, Princess Leia is... And I look like her.” At 1978 Academy Awards, Star Wars earned 10 Oscar Nominations, and took home seven for Best Visual Effects, Sounds, Editing, and Production design. It did not win for best picture, but George was still proud and happy. Star Wars earned more money than any other film, and everyone knew it was one of the best movies of the time! Maybe ever!
In the next movie, the original budget was $25 million, more than twice the first's budget. The Empire would also open to the romance between Princess Leia, and Han Solo. George was not directing, because he was too busy with everything else, so he hired a director. Irvin Kershner was asked to be the director of The Empire Strikes Back, and at first he said no, but his agent convinced him to say yes. There were about 64 sets for The Empire Strikes Back, which was way more than the original. The storyline was much different from other films Irvin did, so he added humor, and romance, but not too mushy romance. Then came shooting the film. They were in Norway shooting on a glacier, and it was -20 degrees, and had 18 feet of snow! Irvin and the crew could not get out of the hotel, because it was snowed in, and they had to shoot from inside. They stuck the camera out the window, staying warm, while Hamill, also known as Luke, froze while acting. Ironically the new favorite character in the films was not a person. It wasn’t Boba Fett, or Lawrence, or even an actor. It was a puppet. This was the start of Yoda. Stuart Freeborn, a makeup artist, shaped Yoda off of himself and Einstein. The set had to be built 5 feet above the stage for the puppeteering. Three other people and Frank Oz controlled Yoda. The actors, and the Frank Oz, who was a puppeteer, could not hear each other when filming! For the actor and puppeteer to hear each other, they wore ear pieces. Sometimes Mark (Luke) would turn his head, and get a radio frequency, and the Rolling Stones would be on, and then he would yell, "Hey! The stones!" And it would be "CUT!" Speaking of Yoda, the water from the pool from Yoda's Swamp scene was filled with bugs, and other things after the stagnant water sat there for the weeks of shooting. Remember the asteroid belt chase? For some of the far asteroids they used potatoes in the chase. No one, not even the actors knew that Vader was Luke's father. Mark was told just moments before the scene that Vader was Luke's father. The scene had Vader saying that Obi-Wan killed his father, but they did not record the sound, and they added the real lines after. Empire went over budget by $10 million dollars, but when it first came out, Empire did not meet expectations, it surpassed them! George then had some ups and downs.
Lucas wanted to build Skywalker Ranch in California, so they could work in a better place and atmosphere. All the sub brands Lucas made were becoming very successful, and revolutionized the film industry. Lucas has brought back fantasy, and made movies fun again. Now, one trouble George had was having the credits at the end was okay for the first, but for the sequel, the DGA fined him over a quarter of a million dollars. The Directors Guild of America Awards then went after Irvin Kershner, the director. To protect him Lucas paid all fines, and in the end it made him very frustrated. Ladd left Fox after the criticism got out of hand. After Ladd left, Lucas went to Paramount and created Raiders of the Lost Ark. Lucas left all of the his connections, because they were like Hollywood controlling him, and he did not want that. Return of the Jedi, the next movie, was funded by Lucas' money, and was huge. The writers first thought the title was weak, so they changed it to Revenge of the Jedi. Thousands of production decisions on both sides of the globe were going on at this point. They were shooting at ILM, and shooting in London at the same time. Quitting Directors Guild made it impossible to hire Steven Spielberg as the writer, so Lucas' hired Richard Marquand. Then, Harrison Ford was not going to return, so the writers thought Han Solo should sacrifice himself, and that would be the heroic end of his character. Another problem the movie faced, was that all the special effects, and sets, those businesses assumed the movie had money, so they raised the price. To avoid this the team changed the name to "Blue Harvest.” It was family like when filming, and the actors and actresses enjoyed it. Do you remember Jabba the Hutt? Jabba was a big part of the movie. He had many people controlling him. Ewoks were also first shown in Jedi. Warwick Davis was a Star Wars fan, and got to be an Ewok. Kenny (R2D2) was ill with food poisoning once, and Worrik filled in. Just weeks before it opened, Lucas went and changed it to Return of the Jedi, because a Jedi does not seek revenge. The success of Jedi was bittersweet for Lucas. Before Jedi went out, he decided he would go start a family. But instead, he got divorced. He was left to raise his daughter. For the next two decades, he took his money, and worked with sound, effects, and such businesses. In 1997 he would perfect his trilogy with the special edition, which presented the movies the way he had intended. In 1999, he started a new trilogy for a new generation, starting with The Phantom Menace. The irony is that he became what he was trying to avoid. It was like Darth Vader. He did not want to be controlled by Hollywood, but in the end he was some what in charge of Hollywood. George had accomplished his goal, and he accomplished it quite well.
“When nine hundred years old you reach, look as good you will not!” This was said by Yoda in Return of the Jedi. Although the film is not nine hundred years old, it is still iconic and still quite good. Almost everyone who’s seen Star Wars hopes the love for the movie lasts forever. Star Wars changed the world, or at least the filmmaking part of it. After Star Wars, grand schemes like the Lord of the Rings trilogy came out. Although they are great movies, Star Wars also brought on the theme of making a sequel to nearly every megahit movie. Traditionally, movies had to appeal to all people. After Star Wars, Hollywood made most of its big-ticket items to suit males aged 12 to 24. Another thing that changed after Star Wars was sound. Ben Burtt, the industry's first "sound designer" created different ways to make sounds, and worked outside the box. This changed the way sounds were made in movies! George loved his merchandise. He took over the merchandise, and actually earned more from the spinoffs than from the movies.
How have you not seen Star Wars? What kind of sad childhood life have you lived in? Star Wars is an icon for sci-fi almost everywhere. There has even been surveys done on Star Wars! Most of them are about upcoming events and movies though. A survey taken in 2014 showed that 18.8% of the applicants have not seen Star Wars. Everyone alike has heard of it. About one fourth of the people asked, thought it was the best movie ever. There have been many results though. Ask Your Target Market is a website who took a survey on it! 34.7% or 139 people said they have seen all the movies! Although 105 people said they have not seen any. Many people are sceptical about Star Wars being handed over to Disney. People were asked about this, and 34% said they wouldn’t be seeing the new movies coming out by Disney. As just said, Disney is not getting the best encouragement from Star Wars fans. Until we know for sure if the movie will fail, we just have to take Yoda’s advice and wait. “Patience you must have my young padawan” - Yoda
One thing I wonder, is how we can see that it is iconic. Yes, almost everyone knows quotes and characters. But does that show how it is iconic? Time to find out. In 2001, in the United Kingdom census, around 390,000 people stated their religion as Jedi. This made it the fourth largest religion surveyed. If 390,000 was in square feet, it would be around seven football fields! Also, members of the performance art group Improv Everywhere filmed themselves re-enacting Princess Leia's capture by Darth Vader on the New York subway. Automotive navigation systems company TomTom made "Star Wars" voices an option for its GPS devices. During election night in 2008, CNN presented correspondents and musician Will.I.Am as "holograms" much like in scenes from "Star Wars” They were complete with partial translucence and a glowing blue haze around them. CNN political correspondent Jessica Yellineven noted, "It's like I follow in the tradition of Princess Leia." In real life they were "tomograms," made by capturing images of a person from all sides, reconstructing the person with computers and displaying them on screen, although it still excited a lot of people.
In the dictionary the definition for iconic is, “of the nature of an icon.” The characters, logo, and music are icons. They make Star Wars iconic, but I’m sure that’s not all of it. Maybe it is just the love for sci-fi, maybe it is the lines, either way Star Wars is iconic, just as it should be.

Like Tris Prior from Divergent, you are one of a kind and are kind and selfless, yet strong and brave. You make an awesome friend and stand out from the crowd.
Okay, but when I asked him if he got the message he said he didn't get it yet so how are you saying you got a reply from him???? Don't tell
