Just finished part 1. I forgot how much I love this series! (view spoiler)[ All the characters are so cool. Even though we haven't known them long, there's no problem getting them mixed up or remembering their names. I can understand why Iggy and Gasman are angry - it's unfair of Max to leave them behind, even if it does make complete sense. I love how action packed this book is! We were thrown right into it from the beginning, and I love books like that (hide spoiler)]

Finished part 2. I don't think I like how the points of view are being done. It keeps swapping from character to character, which is good. But the first person to third person thing is annoying. (view spoiler)[ Max is cool, but has a hero complex that's annoying. Yes, it would have sucked to leave Ella. But look where she ended up! I guess I have to remember she's still a kid. I think Nudge is my favourite. She's so sweet, and you can really see in her how the School affected them. Or Iggy, who thinks he's way too cool for everyone, when he's really just a kid too. Let's be real, I love the whole flock :-P (hide spoiler)]

Finished part 3 and 4. (view spoiler)[ Thank goodness they escaped! I was genuinely concerned about something going terribly wrong. Although if they'd stayed, we could have found out a lot more important information. Especially with Angel helpfully being able to read everyone's minds. I need to know what's going on with Max! Why is she getting so many intense headaches? I'm guessing it's to do with the chip the doctor discovered, but I still don't know why that's only affecting her now. I'm seriously worried about her! Oh, and those few chapters really made me want to go to New York. It sounds amazing, even just walking down the street! (hide spoiler)]

Finished part 5. I love the short chapters and fast pace, it's making me whizz through this book. (view spoiler)[ What's up with the Voice in her head? Obviously it's to do with the headaches, but where is it coming from? That part didn't explain anything for me, it's just given me more questions! Oh, and Ari is freaking me out. Like Max, I can't picture him as a kid. But he keeps popping up everywhere, yet somehow can't seem to manage to beat them. Is it on purpose? (hide spoiler)]

There has already been a ton of plot advancement, like part 1 could have been its own book, but i don't know enough about the characters to care what happens to them. I think they know that Angel has an ability they can use. Although, I think they probably all do. Maybe since she's 5 they think she's easily bendable to their will. It was stupid not to take them all though. Of course they are going to come after her.

Nudge has a good point. What if they were taken as babies or something? They had actual names before... very interesting.

At least the other two are smart enough to realize what Max didn't and are going to protect themselves. I thought they would go after them.

She's six and they call her it? That seems a bit ridiculous. She looks like a little girl.... I kind of hope they can save at least the fish boy.

They actually shot at a girl? At anyone? It'll be trouble if they see her wings.

If they don't want to damage the merchandise than they should feed her.

Aw! I like Ella's mom. But I would have stared a bit longer and stuttered before I asked her questions then I would help her out. I would also think she was an angel.

I love Fang. He's awesome with Nudge.

Ugh. She has to save the world? Really... I think leaving them alone to fend for themselves was a test but they got caught. Why would they want to kill any of them though? Why would she agree to anything they say after they've tried to kill Iggy and Gazzy?

I wish she would tell them about her pain in her head. I think they were doing something with her tracker.

So they were human and then they tested on babies. Wow, those guys are more piece of shits than I thought.

I think Max sees the future.

I would think these kids would be tougher like Fang. They dealt with being experimented on. They should act older...

So can she know everything? Like can Max connect with the internet?

Angel could end up being evil in the future with her influence power.

They are going to a church lol. If they spread their wings people will go crazy.

Chapter 101 - Epilogue

(view spoiler)[ I like that they finally revealed themselves to more people. It should bring in some drama.

Angel is being supremely stupid. Who cares if they have your bear? I know you are six but you know what they can do to you. Why aren't you paying attention?

But they gave them all a makeover and they didn't have to be put on TV or do anything for it??? Unrealistic as ever.

Max's thoughts on everything being a game is super interesting. I don't think Fang isn't a team player. Just because he's quiet doesn't mean he's bad.

Why do they want Max if Angel can literally do everything???

Fang and Max. I see them as a couple later on.

She kissed him! Knew it but kind of soon and abrupt.

GASP! She was his kid? I honestly had a feeling that she was but wow. Messed up children.

Final Thoughts (view spoiler)[ This felt very childish and at times I understood why I never liked Patterson's writing before but it was so interesting that I kept going and kept getting wrapped up in all the adventure. Just wish Patterson was a better writer. (hide spoiler)]
