Could place the order, but I doubt they'll get more in stock to fulfill the order. Canadian amazon marketplace sellers have it listed at high prices too.

Yeeeessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!
Has anyone ever heard of Dynamite doing a Vol 2 to the Lone Ranger Definitive HC? I loved that story, not too long, and Vol. 1 has been lonely on my shelf for a long time.

I've not heard anything. Sadly after this much time my guess it we won't see a second volume. I have the three standard size HCs myself.

That's my thinking. I wouldn't mind so much if the book didn't say "Vol. 1"
It's reminiscent of films teasing a sequel in end credits . . . and then it never happening. Young Boy me is still waiting for Mario Bros 2 . . . Adult me is happy I never had the opportunity to waste another 90 minutes on that garbage.

I thought Fatale was decent. The Velvet HC from Brubaker comes out today and I am hoping I like that better (I know I am going to like Epting's art).
They recently reprinted Brubaker's Marvel Daredevil omnibus vol 1 and the second is coming soon. Probably my second favorite work by Brubaker if you don't have that. I wasn't much of a Daredevil fan until I read the Bendis/Brubaker run.

Epting is equally talented, just quite a bit different. His style is more realistic. But nonetheless I'm excited to see this story (and read it) in the OHC treatment : )
Added:
?? Aug 17 - Mike Mignola's Hellboy Artist Edition Reprint
?? Aug 17 Return of the Dapper Men HC (Eisner Award Winner)
?? Aug 17 - Lou Cameron's Unsleeping Dead HC
?? Aug 17 - Spooky & The Strange Tales: Monster Inn HC
?? Aug 17 - Super Weird Heroes: Preposterous but True HC
I hadn't heard of Return of the Dapper Men before but it sounds like it might be worth checking out.

That would be cool. I really want to see the rest of Cooke's Parker in the same type of format. I believe there is enough material for another similar volume.

I will be first in line for that too. Also, I would like to have this series continued, at least finishing the Donald Westlake stories.

That is what I meant.

My vote would be Brubaker on the writing (he wrote the introduction the Martini edition IIRC). Pretty sure he could nail it. Francavilla or Tim Sale could have a somewhat similar look on art.

Hey IDW question for you fellas. March by John Lewis is available in three OHCs. You think there's any chance of an omnibus or is that unlikely from IDW?

Anything I say is just guessing... that said IDW does not do a lot in the realm of omnibus editions after bringing out HCs. My guess is there is not a big chance of a combined collection in the near future.

I added a new photo of my collection that shows the size if you zoom in to the top right:

Thanks, man. And, yes, I am completely unfamiliar with the DC universe (outside of general pop culture familiarity) so I dont buy any of it and I only like so much modern Marvel so Valiant has been a nice contained world of good story telling that gets put out in high quality, reasonably priced formats so for me its been really wonderful. I didn't love Rai or Shadowman, but otherwise I love the characters, the world, and (most surprisingly compared to the insufferable Marvel ones) the crossover events.
Valiant has been peaking my interest, but I stray away just so I don't have yet another publisher to collect. Do you recommend anything?
For me of the past few years, I've been turning to image for great story telling. I really love that nearly every book is its own thing so no need to fee to pick up other books if you don't want . . . But of course I do because image has just been pumping out quality.
Now where should I look in Valiant?

Harbinger is collected so far in 3 deluxes (Vol 1, Harbinger Wars, Vol 2) and Manowar is also in 3 deluxes though I would recommend NOT getting the 3rd volume of it and instead getting Volumes 1 and 2, then Armor Hunters which is an excellent crossover that includes all of what is in Volume 3 plus lots of tie ins that help the overall story.
Valiant sometimes releases series volumes that are redundant with events, which some people consider double dipping, but for me I like it because it gives you the option of just buying the main stories or buying the crossover which includes the main story + extra.

Edit: looks like this wont include the recent Small World story, which already has its own single-issue ohc.

Yes they are deluxe size Hardcovers. Harbinger Wars is standard Valiant thickness, Armor Hunters is actually pretty packed and has a bunch of great tie-ins. I think it's the thickest Valiant book.

Can anyone share the difference between the Sixth Gun DLX ED HC and the Sixth Gun Gunslinger ED HC?

Here's some solicit info. if you do a search online you can see a picture for V1. Looks nice. IST has some damaged ones if that interests you. For V1, the "coffin box" is actually a box with a clasp.

Sounds like they are smaller limited editions and come with a slip case. based on volume, you get a couple of art prints, is signed, different dust jacket than the deluxe.
That about right?
In short, nothing special enough to convert from DLX to Gunslinger ED

Yep. One thing is there first one has the box but the rest have slipcase so they don't all match. While I like the series I don't have a desire for the extras included in it.
