A book from my TBR, also listed in a challenge I'm doing until April, so I'm late but not late!

The Night Circus that I removed from my 2015 Reading Challenge and, of course, several other books :)

I deleted this in 2015. I originally had it as "a book by a female author", but came across Room and really wanted to read that before the movie came out, so I substituted that one for The Night Circus.
- Is there another 2015 book you'll try to read this year?
A Game of Thrones was on my list last year for "a book made into a tv show". I originally dropped it for The Last Ship, because I got hooked on the show. But I only made it about 1/4 of the way through that one and just couldn't do it. So I switched to Pretty Little Liars. I have Game of Thrones for week 38's anti-hero book this year.

Just on my reading list. I've been really into Star Wars lately, so this moved to the top of my TBR.

Definitely. I meant to read Emma in 2015, and only got about 60 pages in before I got distracted by another book. I think I'll read that this year.

Yes, there will be many, many books I'll try to read this year that I should have read last year - including The Night Circus, The Book Thief, and The Name of the Wind

-- Yes! The 2nd and 3rd books of Lord of the Rings (trilogy), and Bonfire of the Vanities by Tom Wolfe (book I didn't read in school)
- What are you reading this week? My True Love Gave to Me: Twelve Holiday Stories- Was it a book you deleted from your 2015 Reading Challenge plan or just a book from your reading list? I planned on finishing this one in December but I only made it half way through :/
- Is there another 2015 book you'll try to read this year? I would love to actually read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in its entirety this year since I couldn't seem to finish it last year.
- What are you reading this week? Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson- Was it a book you deleted from your 2015 Reading Challenge plan or just a book from your reading list? 2016 is my first year! It was a book from last years mental TBR list...and I have been constantly asked by my partner (an English teacher) if I've read it yet...100 pages in and I can see why!
- Is there another 2015 book you'll try to read this year? Lots! But finally finishing Isabelle Carmody's Obernewtyn series is what I most looking forward to (have to re-read them all to maximise excitement for her last book!)

No, it was a book I was conflicted about reading in 2015, and still am but I feel like I should read so this is as good an excuse as any.

Probably, in fact I'm pretty sure I'm going to read Career of Evil by Robert Galbraith/J.K. Rowling for a challenge this year.

This is my first challenge so this is just a book that got pushed aside by others last year. Poor book!

Several that were on my TBR pile! I am a fast reader so even though work takes up a lot of my time I hope I can make a large dent!
What are you reading this week? Beloved, by Toni Morrison.Was it a book you deleted from your 2015 Reading Challenge plan or just a book from your reading list? I had it slated a few times for different categories for the Popsugar challenge in 2015, but it always got replaced by something else.
Is there another 2015 book you'll try to read this year? Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I didn't really get too attached to books that I swapped out for the challenge, so I struggled even to remember books that I had meant to read but didn't.

No, this is my first real reading challenge with singled-out books. I want to set myself up for success by asking to read only the 52 books, and then fill up to 100 in 2016 with whatever my heart desires from the other challenge lists. I do have books I need to finish, partly read, though.

Too many to count. I added over 350 books last year and I still have 100 from 2014 I have not read!!

It was a book from my reading list. I want to read more Agatha Christie books this year since I've seen many of the movies but haven't read the books.

The Nightingale and Red Queen are two that I wanted to read last year and didn't get to them. I'm excited to read them.

I plan to read Vampire Moon by J.R. Rain

I am trying to actually read the books i select from the Kindle freebies lists. In 2015, I read Moon Dance (Vampire for Hire, #1) and rated it 4 stars. Then other challenges took me down other paths and I never got around to book 2.

Probably, but I haven't committed to one or more yet.

It was a book from my reading list. I planned to finish the entire trilogy in 2015 but I think I was being too ambitious.

It was a book from the 2015 Challenge-Read a trilogy. I read the first two books, both good, but they took awhile to read so I put this one off.

Too many. I have a lot of books and many got pushed to this year. Great Expectations, City of Heavenly Fire, and Rebecca are some that jump out at me.
- What are you reading this week? The Moor's Account by Laila Lalami.- Was it a book you deleted from your 2015 Reading Challenge plan or just a book from your reading list? My reading list. It was in a stack of books that I received as exam copies from Penguin publishers, and this one caught my eye immediately, but I never got around to reading it.
- Is there another 2015 book you'll try to read this year? Many. The first that come to mind are Perfect by Rachel Joyce and The Falling Woman by Pat Murphy.

It was a book I started reading this fall and got distracted by another book after only reading about 20 pages.

Probably. I buy a lot of books and they sit on my book shelves for years. I'm really trying to use this challenge to read those books rather than buy new ones. We will see if it works ;)

Yup, I deleted it off my 2015 plan after I read a different book that fulfilled that category. I can't even remember what category I had it in!

I'm going to finish The Return of the King, which I'm about 70% of the way through. I'm also still working through The Cabinet of Curiosities. I meant to read a few other books last year, too, most of which have found their way onto one of my 2016 lists somewhere!
I am reading Avenue of Mysteries for my Challenge this week. I meant to read it last year when it first came out. There are few other that I meant to read that will pop up on this year's challenge I feel sure but for the most part I am going back to my overflowing TBR piles and shelves for most of my selections.

I was not doing a specific challenge last year. This is just a book that I was really excited about when I first bought it, but got pushed to the side and forgot about when I went on yet another book buying binge.

Q: Was it a book you deleted from your 2015 Reading Challenge plan or just a book from your reading list?
A: A group of friends created a Local Reading Club, and Maze Runner is the one I was supposed to read during December, so I'm starting the New Year with this one to try to recover lost ground.

A: I'll finish some series: A Series of Unfortunate Events, Bridgertons, The Seventh Tower, so I can start The Chronicles of Narnia and Millenium and reread Harry Potter! :D

I'll skip around a little in terms of the order. For week 1, I've just finished The Girl on the Train, by Paula Hawkins. It was in my Mountain of books to be read, but it didn't form part of the 2015 challenge.

I was planning to use it for "Book you own but have never read" but I stalled about 1/3 of the way through it. Decided to pull it back out and finish it.
Is there another 2015 book you'll try to read this year? I didn't pre-plan a challenge, just fit things in as titles matched and spread out the ones I wouldn't come across in my regular reading (award winners, classic romance, etc.)
