And yesterday was Father's Day,I wasn't home all day.
Happy Father's Day to all the dads! :)

A book as in you are writing a book?

A book as in you are writing a book?"
If that's the case,I would think that is way more impressive. :)

Definitely! If you are, Helen, sign me up for a copy! (I also expect it to be signed)

Well, that would be impressive too! Finishing a book is always an accomplishment.

Choices I like choices.

I should check in again. Lots has been happenning my last two years, so things have had to get simplified.
But maybe it's time.........

Don't really know where you are,but that hurricane seems to be doing some damage. You be careful.

We got a bunch of rain, but we're safe in south Georgia. We have some family south of us in Florida without power, so helped them get a generator, showers, and pizza.

Nothing like that here. Still just wind. Though the beach is evidently getting hit by more, from what I've seen through my FB friends.

I remember cleaning, shopping, running and feeding animals but all rest is just a game. I'm even seeing someone from the game and sure we dont talk only in the game, but I still count it under a game.
Done with university, trying to find a job.

Just wishing everyone good cheer! :)

It' hard to loose a pet. They truly are part of your family. I'm so sorry.

I hadn't been on in a few days, but that's terrible. I'm really sorry to hear that.
I hope everyone here won't mind if I share this with Margret in her time of pain. It's a poem by Kipling:
A Dog for Jesus
(Where dogs go when they die)
I wish someone had given Jesus a dog.
As loyal and loving as mine.
To sleep by His manger and gaze in His eyes
And adore Him for being divine.
As our Lord grew to manhood His faithful dog,
Would have followed Him all through the day.
While He preached to the crowds and made the sick well
And knelt in the garden to pray.
It is sad to remember that Christ went away.
To face death alone and apart.
With no tender dog following close behind,
To comfort its Master's Heart.
And when Jesus rose on that Easter morn,
How happy He would have been,
As His dog kissed His hand and barked it's delight,
For The One who died for all men.
Well, the Lord has a dog now, I just sent Him mine,
The old pal so dear to me.
And I smile through my tears on this first day alone,
Knowing they're in eternity.
Day after day, the whole day through,
Wherever my road inclined,
(Three) feet said, "Wait, I'm coming with you!"
And trotted along behind.

What a lovely poem, Tnkw01! Thanks for sharing.

Anyway, I got addicted to Lord of the Rings Online game. I actually started playing like 3 days ago (playing an elf hunter) and the map/s are so huge that I´m constantly lost. Even better, it seems like I´m on role playing server and I´ve gotten some invitations to role play. It´s not so hard to get used to it, it comes quite naturally :p but it´s taking most of my free time, since I just can´t let myself be lost in Middle-Earth xD also there´s never the end to quests. and I must admit that questing during the night or storm bothers me but I still don´t know how and if there´s a way to avoid it.
Me and my beloved also play MMORPG Forsaken World (I´m playing an elf warrior) and while I´m not lost there, I certainly need help to advance.
So ... I managed to read only 106 books this year and while I do read some books at the moment, I don´t think I´ll finish them before January. I´m definitely going to read more next year! I´m particularly looking forward to February´s book of the month (Janny Wurts)

Think I'd be smug also. Well not smug, call it proud and satisfied.
