Ben walked back in after a couple minutes, book in hand. "Scootch," he said before sitting down next to her and finding his place.
Abby sighed deeply, letting her face show only exasperation, but inside she was bursting. "What are you reading?" she said, not looking up from her pages to look at the title.
"A murder. I just started it today, though, so I'm not really too far into it," he answered without looking up.
Abby had made it through 5 chapters when she looked over at Ben and noticed he had fallen asleep. She smiled at him, and before she could help herself, touched his arm softly. "I love you," she whispered.
Abby didn't quite catch the name Ben muttered in his sleep, and she turned back to her book, not quite able to concentrate on Princess Rhis and her adventures.
Abby looked over at him and bit back a laugh. "A little more tired than you thought you were, huh big bro?"
Abby didn't reply. She just nodded. She understood. That's why she hid a book under her covers and read until she practically passed out. Because although she couldn't remember her dreams, she woke up every morning terrified.

Josiah nodded and looked at Emmy and Salem
"Alrght. Can I stay here untill then?"
Emmy looked at Salem then to Patrik. There wasn't anything she could say, it was Salem's choice.

Ben nodded, "Uh, yeah. In the kitcken.""
Abby got out of bed and went to the kitchen and grabbed a banana, peeled it, tossed the peel in the trashcan and took a bite.

She shook her head. "Nope. We have stuff to do. You can go do whatever you want with the french kid and the weird girl."Farrow and Damien exchanged a glance.
"Are you day dreaming about that girl you were talking about earlier?" Abby said, her mouth full of banana.
Ben sighed. "Yeah...But I'm kind of thinking about someone so I won't think about someone else," he said and winced.
"Is there a story behind this that you don't want to tell me?" Abby replied, eating the last of her banana.
"Abby the little kid would've whined at you until you told her. But Abby the mature kid is now going to continue reading her book."
Ben grinned at her and ruffled her hair. "Alright lid. But if you're up for a long and very sad story, I can tell you about it."((I'm watching Glee and right now I'm listening to the song that inspired the Ben story.))
Ben shrunk away a little. "Okay, so I grabbed my guitar, made sure you'd be okay, and booked it to the train station."
Ben took a shaky breath before continuing. "So, I got on a train to Denver and just sat there, wondering where I was gonna go. And then..." he smiled.
Ben smiled. "I was just sitting there, playing, and. I heard a loud noise, so I looked up and saw the most beautiful girl I've ever seen."
Ben shook his head. "She'd tripped and caught herself on the edge of the door to the booth I was sitting in."
