They may show up as side characters in spin-off novels, as they did in First Drop of Crimson, Eternal Kiss of Darkness, Once Burned and Twice Tempted. I’m also not completely ruling out a future short story with them, but that’s a big maybe. It’s nothing I’m planning on at this time."

I suggest that since Ms Frost has said she may be writing short stories, we leave this for the present and possibly add a note to indicate it will probably not appear... Particularly since this is number #8.5, and #7 is the last book...

#23: It's not a bogus ISBN as you put it, but someone has incorrectly put the ISBN-13 into the ISBN-10 slot, thus truncating it. But there doesn't appear to be another book in the database with the beginning of an ISBN-13 matching that truncated one, so it is therefore a unique edition and shouldn't be merged. Sometimes a Google search with the truncated ISBN and the book name enables the finding of the full ISBN-13, but I haven't been able to find it unfortunately.
