I always smile and get warm and fuzzy when I think of that book :) I enjoyed the other two in the trilogy as well, but that first one made such a great impression that the other two just couldn't beat it. I am looking forward to the spin off out this summer . I've heard this author speak and she is so funny and creative. She's one of only a few authors on my "automatic buy" list.

LethalLovely I finished and loved it. It was a roller coaster read. It made me laugh on one page and the next page it made me cry.

Melissa I finished . It was an okay read, not as good as her FUC series, which I love.

Pam I finished . I love this series! I never thought I would, but I can't wait to read the next one.

Read the frog prince today, ended it at 4*, although when I started it was only a 3...took a while for me to get into the writing style but it was a really sweet story and once I got into it I really enjoyed it :) it's the first book in a while that I've read in one day!

Just finished my pick from Mandy, The Scarletti Curse, and really liked it. It was slow to start, but about 100 pages in I didn't want to put it down. Feehan is another sure thing author for me, but I had never gotten around to reading this stand alone. Thanks for the pick, Mandy!

2. Emma- Control 4/25 (4*) Really good story of an emotionally closed off woman and an inexperienced guy. She teaches him all about sex and he teaches her about the heart.
3. Joanne- A Shade of Vampire 4/1 (3.5*) Fast-moving YA paranormal.
4. Kristi (Passion for the Page)- Play With Me at Noon 4/14 (3.5*) Fun shortie
5. Sandy- Sin at Sea 5/6 (4*) Sexy and a nice story too...will definitely be reading the second one in the duet.

I'm glad you liked it. I have a love/hate relationship with this series now. I still read them though :) I loved the first several books with all her Necromancy stuff, but what I hate even more than the sex is (view spoiler)[that Anita is surrounded by all these powerful males and yet it's always Anita that is the only one that can save the day. I feel like LKH weakens the men to make Anita seem stronger and irritates me, lol.Basically she has a bunch of arm candy. At least that's how it seems to me. (hide spoiler)]

Finished mid-week and LOVED it! Thanks to this challenge, I've been getting caught up on this series. I didn't like the book before this with Dominic and Solange as much as most of the other books so I was a bit slow to getting to this one. I was happy to have my heart melting reading about Zacarias and Marguarita's fated love. Next book is on my meet n greet shelf for round 4! Thanks ~Melissa~, for the pick!

@Rachel- Goodbye Borders: I finished Kitty and the Midnight Hour and gave it ★★★. It reminded me a lot of Rachel morgan and the Hollow series. It was a okay story, but no romance. I will read book 2. Thanks for the recommendation.

@Tina: Read Broken Pieces and gave it ★★★½. I don't know what it was, but there was a little something missing emotionally. But I liked it enough. thank you.

Margaret-Rush *4/3 ★★★☆☆, This was okay but I thought Gabe was kind of a prick. I'll probably read the next one and decide if I like them or not. I love her HR though, so I'm not ready to give up yet.
Lizz Neill-The Night Circus *4/8 ★★★★★, This was one of the best narrated books ever! It was a little confusing in the beginning and I had to go back and read parts of it just to make sure I had things right. Everything else just faded away while I was listening to this and there were plenty of moments that I just stared at nothing and listened. I hope they make a movie of this. It went on my favorites shelf too!

I can understand that. That was only his 2nd go around with Harry Dresden. He definitely has improved. My FAVORITE narrator has got to be Robert Petkoff of the IAD series. Sweet baby jaysuz....
