I think each person is different. I'm always reading several books at once. Usually at least one audio, one on kindle, and on hardcover. LOL If I get kind of bored with a book I pick up another and then go back to it.

I love that series! It truly is a prequel to TMI. I love how they fit together and you learn how a few things came to be. You will love the last book. It made me cry, but in a good and sorta sad way, although there wasn't a reason to be sad. It was just that the writing was so touching. I think it is one of the best series ending's ever.

message 65: by Andrea (new)

Andrea I started Dangers Creatures Dangerous Creatures (Dangerous Creatures, #1) by Kami Garcia yesterday.

It is good so far. It's a spin off from Beautiful Creatures featuring Ridley and Link.

David Estes (davidestesbooks) | 350 comments What are you thinking about reading?

UnlocktheMagic (unl0ckthemagic) Last Night I finished The Evolution of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin and I started Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. I am about Halfway through it. I am hoping to finish it by the end of today. Then I am going to Marathon the Mortal Instruments series. I have read the first 4 books, but since it has been such a long time since I have read them. I decided that I would Marathon all of them, so that everything would be clear in my mind.

message 93: by David (new)

David Estes (davidestesbooks) | 350 comments How was The Evolution of Mara Dyer? I've heard good things :)

UnlocktheMagic (unl0ckthemagic) Mara Dyer is sooo freaking good. I loved the first book, but the second book was better than the first. I am sad, no actually, I am dying to get my hands on the third book, but it is not out until November. :-( If you want more thoughts on Mara Dyer I am working on a full review that will be going up on my blog. I am going to do my best to leave it spoiler free.

UnlocktheMagic (unl0ckthemagic) Yes! How is that book? I bought and have not read it yet. The cover was so beautiful and the synopsis was intriguing so I HAD to buy it!

Mimi Zane (mimizane) | 3 comments David wrote: "How was The Evolution of Mara Dyer? I've heard good things :)"

Hi David!
I really enjoyed the first book of Mara Dyer, in fact I read it in one sitting. The second book turned a 360 on me I didnt see coming. I didnt like it as much as the first but I plan on reading the third book when it comes out. I feel like the author keeps pushing the release date back and it kills me.

I loaned this series out to five of my friends and I have them all hooked. Its been a great book discussion read.

Mollie | 163 comments Right now I'm in the middle of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for the umpteenth time. I bought CoHF last Thursday, but I am attempting some newfound willpower- I'm going to start with City of Bones and work my way through again. I still have to read Clockwork Princess, and I have about 11 other books I have left to read.

message 100: by Mollie (new)

Mollie | 163 comments I just finished The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern last night, and if you haven't read it, I can not recommend it enough. It's beautiful.
