Liz M 10.1 - Square Peg: Read a book that does not fit any of the other Reading with Style 10 or 20-point tasks. This task cannot be repeated.

10.2 - Actor/Writer - In honor of Shakespeare read a play OR an autobiography/biography of an actor or a playwright.

10.3 - Julius Caesar - In honor of Julius Caesar, read a book shelved as Historical Fiction at least 500 times.

10.4 - Romeo and Juliet: In honor of Romeo and Juliet, read one of the top 500 of these Books Everyone Should Read at Least Once.

10.5 - Twelfth Night: In honor of Twelfth Night, read a book by an LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) author. Please provide a link when posting a book for this task.

10.6 - Lady Macbeth: In honor of Macbeth, read a top 25 book from the list of Bad Girls and Femmes Fatales OR a top 100 book from the list of Women and Mental Illness.

10.7 - Brave New Worlds - Heather's Task:
Read a dystopia book from the linked list.

10.8 - War of the Roses - Theresa~OctoberLace's Task:
Shakespeare wrote a series of eight plays set during the War of the Roses 1455-1487. For this task, choose one of two options:
A) Read a book set in the period of the War of the Roses, 1455-1487 OR
B) Read a book published during the anniversary of the War of the Roses. Eligible publication dates would be 1555-1587, 1655-1687, 1755-1787, 1855-1887, and 1955-1987.

10.9 - All the World's His Stage - Karen GHHS's Task:
Read a book that includes Shakespeare as a character. This could be a biography (Will in the World: How Shakespeare Became Shakespeare), a non-fiction book in which he is included (Shakespeare: The World as Stage), or a novel in which he is a character (The Bookman's Tale, Loving Will Shakespeare).

10.10 - Group Reads

Liz M 20.1 - Shakespeare's Birthday: In honor of William Shakespeare's 450th birthday (April 2014), read a book by an author who was born in one century (1501-1600, 1701-1800, 1901-2000, etc.) and died in the next. Here is a partial list of qualifying authors.

20.2 - The Henrys: In honor of Henry IV (Part 1 & 2), Henry V, and Henry VI (Part 1, 2, 3), read a book shelved as war at least 25 times.

20.3 - Venice: In honor of The Merchant of Venice, read a book where 90% of it is set in Italy OR read a book originally written in Italian.

20.4 - Hamlet: In honor of Hamlet, read a one of the top 175 books from this list of Best Philosophical Literature OR a Philosophical novel.

20.5 - Othello: In honor of Othello, read a book where the narrator or protagonist is a member of a minority ethnic/racial group of the country in which the book is set. If a work has multiple protagonists all must qualify.

20.6 - Tempest: In honor of The Tempest, read a novel that takes place in one day. Suggestions can be found here, here, and here.

20.7 - Local Talent - Isabell's Task:
Read a book by a local author, i.e. an author born in the same city/state/region as where you currently reside. Please let us know which region you share with the author and if the author's place of birth isn't listed on their Goodreads profile, then please provide a link to this information. This task cannot be used as combo points .

20.8 - Spring Fling - Kate S's Task:
Read a book with a title which contains a 5 (or more) letter word with only one vowel. For example: Oliver Twist (twist), A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian (short), The First Man in Rome (first).

20.9 - The Battle of the Wilderness - Elizabeth (Alaska)'s Task:
The Battle of the Wilderness, one of the bloodiest battles of the American Civil War, occurred May 5-7, 1864. Read one of these books about the Civil War, or one of these novels of the Civil War.

20.10 - I Love NYC - Liz M's Task:
Read a title published by one of my favorite NYC indie publishers: Archipelago Books, Melville House, or NYRB. While you do not have to read the specific edition from one of these three publishers, please provide a link the the publisher's website for the title you read.
