Rowan | 86 comments Second book I remembered reading this week haha. I read it sometime between 2006 and 2010. It was a collection of short stories, by an author I can't remember but I know he was male and was fairly well known, perhaps an adult horror author writing a one off for children? I'm not sure. One story was about a girl who had a bath which turned to blood and strangled her or killed her or something. Another story had the protagonist receiving phone calls from dead people asking them to give messages to their living loved ones.

Maybe Roald Dahl? He's definitely well known, and wrote horror stories. I don't recognize these particular stories.

Nuran (nuurie) | 9 comments Perhaps point horror stories? They're horror aimed at teens. R. L. Stine and Christopher Pike are well known for writing horror for teens.
