That connection (chocolate -> kiss) seems obvious to me :)

It can stand, but it was not what I had in mind. But you have to be italian to understand it.
The "Kiss" is a famous praline which was invented here in Perugia, by the Perugina, the chocolate factory we had - now it's Nestle's. It's name was given by Luisa Spagnoli, the wife of the owner of the factory, because the one that they had invented - fist - she though wouldn't gain the public consent.
In Italy now everybody knows what a kiss is!
