"He might not, not right away.. but he will. And what about Avery? She'll notice right away that something's different about you. I'm not going to sugar coat it for you. You know that it's going to hurt. And I'm telling you that it's going to hurt too. But in the end, and at the end of the day. It's the right thing to do. You might not be out of control, and that's partly due to you being who you are now. But it's also not worth the risk either." he told her glancing down at Nick.


Grace let out a long and deep breath once she'd finished checking the final neck. Everyone was still alive. Although they would be very confused and out of it for a while. But there was nothing she could do right now besides start to take the packs away that Eva had made for them and destroy them while she waited for everyone to wake up.

Ruby shook her head. "That little brat doesn't control what I say or do." She said, but no matter what she couldn't move her eyes away from Nick. "I'm not turning them back on. He's going to hate me and I can't take that. Nick isn't going to want me." Ruby's emotions were started to trickle in a little bit. "No."

Will looked peaceful as he slept, but a millon things were running through her head.

"That 'brat' is your daughter. And he is your mate. Once you explain why you did it to him, he'll understand. I said that I wouldn't force them on you and I meant that. But if you get out of control, and you start behaving badly.... like last time. I will." he told her. Seeing them leaking threw, just a bit.



Grace sat down next to Will. She was the most worried about him. She was worried about everyone, in the pack. But she had the most worry for him. Seeing as he was her mate, no matter what he said. And what they had gone through. It still didn't change the fact that they were meant for each other. And they'd claimed each other. Thinking he looked so at peace while he slept. She hadn't been able to watch him sleep in forever, and this hadn't been how she had wanted to. But it calmed her a little. Reaching out and running a hand over his forehead softly.

Ruby shot a glare at him. "Whatever lets get Nick back before he wakes up. I can't stand being the scent of wolves anymore than I have to." She hissed closing her eyes blinking back with Nick. Ruby sighed a little bit. "I'm sorry my love. I can't let them in all the way, Nick. It's going to hurt too much." She whispered softly. "I stabbed you for a good reason I promise you that, but you are going to hate me now."

Will had been exhausted even before Eva came along. He had been working and working non-stop. When it was time for him to go to sleep he laid there thinking about all the possible theories for one thing.

Blake sighed as she blinked back to the house. Hopefully she had enough sense to do it someplace where Avery wouldn't walk in and see her father with a wound to the heart. Turning to the others and declaring them all to leave. Seeing as there was no need for them to stay. Then looked over at Grace sitting alone. The only wolf still awake among a whole pack. Slowly crossing to her. "You gonna be okay?"


Grace had pulled her hand back after a few more sweeps across his forehead. Seeing Blake had come over. "Yeah, I'll make it through. Always have. You should go, make sure Ruby's okay, and that she doesn't do anything rash. I'll take care of my people you take care of yours." She said then turned back to Will, wondering what he was dreaming about or if he was even dreaming at all.

Ruby looked down and pulled the sword out his heart. Tears ran down her face. "I'm not any good for you Nick. I'm too selfish and I'm too irrational, and I come with this crazy plans that work, but come with so many risks." Tears ran down her face she wiped her eyes. "I can't let them fully on." It felt like s he was talking to herself. She wondered if he heard her or if even cared for her.

Nick could hear her- faintly. Not enough to really make sense of anything that she was saying but he could tell that she was upset. Wanting to force his eyes open and look at her, comfort her... but couldn't do it. So started to see if he would at least be able to move a finger or two. Feeling something happen but he didn't know if it had moved or not.



Blake nodded. "Very well. If you need anything or want help. You know where we are. So don't be a stranger." He told her, then blinked out. She'd need time, to recover from it all. Time to pick up the pieces and clean up what needed to be cleaned up. Get her pack back under control. And also ween them off the wolvesbane if need be. Looking around the living room and not seeing them. They'd be else where in the house. At least Avery wouldn't see anything if she came down stairs.

Ruby looked down and closed her eyes taking a deep breath pushing back any emotions she was feeling. She quickly blinked herself down to the training room leaving Nick alone. She paced back and forth for a moment before blinking out of the house. Ruby decided the now was the time to pay the visit to Nick's son's mother. She appeared on the front doorstep of the house. It wasn't that hard tracking her down. An idea started to play through her head a dangerous one she could make Nick and Avery forget about her. Nick could have a family with this girl he would be better off.

((Yeah play the girl who has his son and then maybe Ruby makes a rash decision and tries to erase Nick's and Avery's memories of her, but before she could do Blake comes and stops her and attempts to turn on her emotions, but fails. We could do that for Will. Right now I'm a little dry on idea for Will and Grace maybe we could skip to a point where maybe she gets pregnant. Before that we should finish of Ruby and this boy's moms part then we can do the full time skip without getting confusing. When we do the time skip we can do this for Ruby and Nick,so she goes back with Blake, but becomes really distant and maybe Nick threatens to leave her to get her emotions to get back on.))

Celeste had just finished writing a cheek. She'd have to go to the post office and turn it in to be mailed soon so that it would arrive on time. "Conner, can you come here for a minute honey?" She called to her son. She had just gotten back in contact with Nick. After ten longer years of hiding the fact that after their one and only night together. She had ended up carrying his child. And had even done a parental test to make sure that he was the father. Hearing him come into the kitchen, and looking up. "I have to--" Then stopped when she heard a knock at the door.

Ruby couldn't take back the knock now. It was going to be easy to clean her and her sons memories and create a new life for them. It would be easy to do that to Nick and Avery. Then Nick and Avery could have the best possible life without her. "Your going to open the door for me and let me. I'm your long lost friend from high school who you are expecting to be here." Ruby forced that on to Celeste it came out effortlessly and powerful. She knew she wasn't going to be able to resit she would be clueless. "We are going to be planning you wedding with Nick. Remember he proposed last month and your so excited." Her power shifted to Conner. "Your excited to finally to have the perfect family that you always wanted for you and your mom." Ruby had to make sure that both of them were under her control before she walked in or it could go bad.

Celeste got up and went to the door opening it. Finding a girl on the other side of the door, and remembering her as soon as she saw her. Giving a huge smile and holding out her arms for a hug. It was her friend from high school. "Oh it's so good to see you! It's been forever sense we hung out, come on in.." She said opening the door all the way and then steeping aside. "I haven't really started planning yet, because I have so much to do around here.."

Ruby smiled at her and hugged her back. "I know its so good to see you too. Well that's why I'm here Celeste." She said softly. Ruby started to work her way into Nick's and Avery's mind quickly erasing everything about her and replacing them with memories of Celeste and Connor. She quickly pulled away. "Connor is getting so big." He really looked like Nick somewhat. She convinced herself that Nick and Avery were better off without her.

"Oh I know.. he's grown like a weed these past few weeks." She told her, letting go. "Can I get you something to drink? Water? Milk? Juice? I'd offer you a beer or something but we don't have any." She explained leading her further into the house.



Nick had woken up about an hour ago now and had went in search of Ruby. But when he hadn't found her, had asked Blake about where she'd gone. Only to hear that he didn't know either. Trying to get into contact with her through their connection but it wasn't working. "Strange- I mean I'm upset that I didn't have some warning about th--Ow..." He said feeling something try and invade his mind. Fighting it. Then looking over at Blake as he saw him catch on to what was happening. Hearing that he had to fight it. And he did. With everything he was made of. Finally it subsided. "I need to go check on Avery-- make sure she's okay. If Ruby was the one that tried doing it, she would of tried to do it to both of us.." flying up the stairs to check on his daughter.

Ruby frowned internally knowing it didn't work on Nick, but it worked on Avery. She pushed all her power on him tapping into her Elder powers to make Nick forget her. "A glass of water please." Ruby had hope that this would work on Nick this time he was still weak from her stabbing him.

Avery tossed in turn in her bed her head hurt for a little while, but it was gone. She heard her father come up the stairs. She wondered if Celeste was coming over today with Connor.

Nick felt it come back stronger though, then last time. Seeing Blake blink up to where he was on the staircase. And then felt a touch on his forehead. And just like that it stopped. If it was Ruby doing it Blake had stopped it. Seeing as he knew Blake was older- a lot older. Then Ruby and more experienced at this kind of thing.


Blake stopped it just in time, seeing as if he hadn't it would of taken over his mind and Nick wouldn't remember Ruby either. "Go, be with your daughter... I have to go do something I'm afraid." He told Nick. Then Blinked out and to where he could sense her. Knocking on the door of the house.


Celeste nodded, "Okay- " Then frowned when there was another knock on the door. Going over and answering it again. "Can I help you?"

"Yes, I told my girlfriend I'd meet her here. Is it okay if I come in?" Blake asked with a smile so charming it was impossible not to agree.

"Uh- yeah. Come on in. She's already here." She told him permitting him into the house and then locking the door.

Ruby took a sip of water and looked to see Blake standing there her face paled a little bit, but she knew he couldn't help Nick now. She forced herself into Nick's mind again, but frowned a little he blocked her Blake blocked her from getting into Nick's mind. "Sweetie I thought we agreed that you would only come if we needed errands to run I'm pretty sure we don't need any done at the moment." Go away, I'm not doing anything wrong Ruby snapped in her head towards Blake.

Blake smiled, walking in. "Thank you, would you mind if I had a glass of water? It's a little warm out there." he told her. Glancing to Ruby. "Oh it's okay. I remembered that you said you were coming and I was by the area, thought I'd drop by." He told her then added thinking to her. 'No. I'm not going anywhere... your acting out. Making decisions you wouldn't otherwise make.'

Ruby glanced at him coldly she looked down. She snapped her fingers with that Celeste and Connor hit the floor. "They wouldn't remember any of this and neither will Avery. I'm not turning it back on and there's nothing you can do it about it." She hissed. "I'm perfectly in control of what I'm doing." She blinked to the kitchen of her house. Right now all she was doing was putting a band aid on emotions and the only one who could rip off was Nick, but Nick would never hurt her to the point that she would break down. Nick never got angry at her.

Blake looked over the young boy and his mother. He didn't know who they where but it was clear that Ruby had been using them to do something. Then blinking out and into the living room of Nick's and Ruby's house. So that she wouldn't run or blink out and go someplace else. Walking swiftly up the stairs and into Avery's room where he heard Nick at. Seeing Avery was starting to slowly wake up. "Nick. A word.. Please." He said.


Nick looked up when he heard Blake come into Avery's room asking for a word. Turning to his daughter for a minute. "I'll be back in a minute sweetie.." He told her then stood and headed for the hallway with Blake. "Did you mange to get to see reason? Are they back on?" He asked seeing as Blake had told him that Ruby had switched off her emotions in order to do what had to be done in order to get rid of Eva. And he understood. It was the only way. So he wasn't perticeraly mad at her. But if she didn't turn them back on soon, he would be. He'd give Blake one chance at turning them back on for her by force but if that didn't work then he'd try his own way of getting them back on.



Blake walked out then stopped, as Nick started talking. "No. She's back here although does not know as of yet that I've returned as well. But she has not turned them back on. I want to know if you'd be okay if I tried forcing them back on for her. It was the plan all along. And then if that doesn't work then-- well we'll come up with something else." He said looking him dead in the eye. "Yes, go ahead... if you can't. Then I'll try my own. See if that makes any difference." "Very well.. Stay up here with Avery for a bit. If nothings changed in a bit and she's not allowing me to force them on, then you may have to intervene." He told Nick

"I understand. Go, try. If nothing changes by then. Then I have a few things in mind that could work." Nick told him. Blake nodded then left going down stairs.

Ruby looked to see Blake coming up the stairs. "I'm not turning them back on." She looked down at the glass of blood. "I was doing it to protect them Blake. Nick and Avery deserve better than me. I'm not good enough for them. The Elders are going to want me to come back with you. I read it in those books." She hissed. "I'm not turning them on."

She knew Blake was going to try to force them on for her. She knew that it would hurt worse then him controlling the power when she first lost it. "I can understand if I was doing something horrible, but I'm not. Thinking of my family's future isn't horrible. It's the right thing to do to plan for their future without me." Ruby shifted her position. "I don't want to hear anything else about it." Ruby said dropping the subject ending the topic of discussion.

One month later Ruby still hadn't turned on her emotions and she had been acting colder everyday it was like she was a totally different person. She snapped and lashed on everyone including Avery a few times. Ruby walked into Nick's office. "Hey you said you wanted to see me." Nick had moved into a different bedroom which didn't really bother her that much. "Is something wrong?" Despite being cold she still really cared for Nick and Avery she just didn't show it.

Nick had been studying. Looking up ways to get to see if there was any for sure way that you could get someone to get them to turn back on their emotions without seriously hurting them. But so far he'd found nothing on the topic. Blake had tried a month ago to try and force them back on her to get her to flip the switch to on. But it had failed. And ever sense he'd been looking. Each day she had gotten colder and more distant. She'd even snapped at Avery a couple of times and he had to then explain to their daughter why mommy was like that. It hadn't gone well to say the least. Although they had been able to restore Avery's memory of Ruby. Ruby hadn't liked that but it had needed to be done. When he'd asked Blake about rather she'd be staying with them or if she'd be going back with him to be on the conlule he had said that they had been un decided. And he hadn't heard anything more on the subject seeing as he had told Blake to let him know if they came to a decision. So far they hadn't. Looking up when the door opened and Ruby walked in asking if something was wrong after saying that she heard he had wanted to see her. It had taken some serous thought on it. But in the end he had finally decided that if it was the only way to get her to get them back on. So be it. "Yeah, I wanted to talk about something.. come have a seat."

Ruby shook her head no. "Tell me Nick, what is wrong." She was very impatient when it came to these things and he knew that. It didn't cross her mind that Nick was going to tell her something she didn't want to here. "Is there an issue with something going on in the business or is that new treaty not going well?" She asked him.

"Neither. The business is going fine and the treaty is working well. What I was hoping to talk about was a little more about-- us. And not about something to do with either the treaty or business," He told her. He didn't think she'd catch the hint that it was something that she didn't want to hear. Seeing as she had become distant even from him. That was one of the many reasons he had moved out of their room and now slept in a room alone down the hall. A few times Avery had woken up and came in to sleep with him because she'd had a nightmare. He'd never told Ruby about it though. Seeing as it had seemed like she'd stopped caring a while ago. So saw no real reason to.

"Just tell me damn it. You don't have to have this long suspense building it up. What is it that I need to know?" Ruby snapped looking at him. "Tell me now." She said angry growing in her more and more quickly.

"Fine. If that's the way you feel..... then here it is. You either turn them on, or I'm going. I'm leaving. We can work out how we're going to divide our time spent with Avery, and who she's going to live with. I can find a house or an apartment, to stay in. You can have the house." He didn't see the point in fighting over the house. Yeah, his parents which had once been hers had given it to them. But he wasn't about to start with all that, all he cared about was Avery. And how she'd feel if this happened.

Ruby looked at him. "You want to leave me then leave me " She hissed in a cold voice. "You can keep Avery and the house. I have some important business to attend to now." She blinked out of the room not phased about this. Ruby walked into her special place where she went from time to time know one knew where it was. Tears started to roll down her face. Nick wanted to leave her he didn't love her any more. Nick promised not to hurt her like Damon hurt her, but he did. She wasn't even quite sure what she did wrong it was like this whole month her mind had been blank, but he made it clear that he didn't want her anymore. Her heart shattered.

Ruby blinked to Raven's house and knocked on the door. All she could hear was Nick's words that he was leaving her. "Please Raven answer the door, Nick is leaving me." She squeezed her eyes tightly. "Nick did the same thing Damon did to me. I don't even feel our connection." She started to struggle to breath. Ruby fell to her knees. Right now she felt like everything was coming to an end.

Nick let out a deep breath, as he leaned back in his office chair. He hadn't wanted to do it but he had seen no other way. Maybe if he threatened to leave she'd see reason and turn her emotions back on. Although she had acted like she didn't even care one way or another. He'd give her until the end of the week. If she hadn't turned them on by then, he'd pack his things along with Avery's and leave. It wasn't that he didn't love her anymore, he did still love her. But he just wanted her back. He wanted his Ruby back. Not the cold distant person she'd become without her emotions being on.



Raven had just gotten home from grocery shopping. And was putting things away where they belonged when there was a knock at the door and she heard Ruby on the other side. Closing the fridge and walking in, and answering the door. She still hadn't come to terms with her stealing her books that she'd shown her. And had been meaning to get them back. Looking over Ruby now. She looked horrible. Moving aside after a moment or two so that she could come in. "Come in, just let me finish putting a few things away and then we can talk."

Ruby looked at Raven she just nodded her head slowly. Her face was pale and she looked a lot older than she normally did. Her phone rang it was Blake she wondered why he wouldn't talk to her through her head. She just let it rang. "Nick is leaving me." She curled into a little a ball. "I don't know what I did wrong. I thought I was a good girlfriend." Her voice stammered softly. Ruby felt empty and broken. The wall around her heart that once was broken was now up again. "I knew better then to love anyone again. I'm fine. I'm going to get a hotel." Ruby wanted to be alone despite it not being the best idea for her to be alone. She flashed to a hotel getting room. 'I'm fine, Blake. I'm crashing at a hotel. Tell Avery that I love her.' She quickly texted him, but the truth was she wasn't fine.

Raven sighed as she saw Ruby blink out to get a hotel room. Picking up her phone and calling her. Hoping she'd pick up, she knew better then to believe that she was fine. She had been here once or twice herself. And she had shut everyone out. In the end she had almost killed herself. But that was a long time ago, and this wasn't about her. "Come on--- pick up Ruby." She said to herself.


Blake read the text and sighed. Walking into Nick's office, without knocking. "I'm afraid that your plan might have back fired. It appears that it was just a bit-- to convincing."

Ruby laid on the bed crying her eyes out wanting nothing more then to die, but she knew she couldn't. The phone was ringing, but she didn't answer it. Nick betrayed her on a level that she never thought he would. If Nick wanted to turn her emotions on there was other ways to hurt her, but she didn't remember turning them off so Nick really must mean it. If she did turn them off Nick knew better than to say those words to her. Tears ran down her face she could feel the numbness spreading.

Raven sighed, as she hung up. So much for that. Leaving and going out the back to try and track her down. She needed someone. Tracking her scent to a close motel and to a room, and knocking on it. "Ruby--- please answer the door." She said through the door.

Ruby looked at the door why couldn't Raven leave her alone. She didn't need anyone right now. "Go away. I'm fine just need to be left alone." Tears ran down her face. Things were too good. "Nicks a player that's what he does gets girls pregnant and then leaves." She whispered in a quiet voice. "Please Raven just go away. I'm fine." Ruby just wanted to forget about Nick.

"No, I've here before... handling things alone, it never goes well. Please, Ruby-- let me in. Then we can talk... I just want to help. That's all." She said, through the door. Having a feeling that he wasn't really going to leave her. That he'd done it for a reason, although she didn't know the reason behind it.

"I said go away." Ruby snapped sending jolts of energy towards Raven. "I'm fine. Nick is leaving me okay." She closed her eyes letting the nears fall down her cheeks. "I'm done with love." She bit her lip softly she curled into a ball. "He never loved me." The door was unlocked she wasn't sure why she didn't come in and truth was she didn't even know why she went to Raven. Part of her thought that Blake would be there for her because of the promise. But she guess all promises are meant to be broken, after all Nick promise that he would always love her.

Raven tried the handle on the door and found it unlocked walking in and shutting it softly behind her. Going over and sitting on the bed a little ways from where Ruby was in a ball. "I don't believe that.... I know we haven't been on the best of terms, these past few months. But, I don't think Nick would just give up on you, not without trying to fix whatever the two of you have been going through first. Now I can't read minds, not really. But I do know, that Nick loves you, or at least he did the last time I saw the two of you. And I'm willing to put money on it that he still does. Why ever he said that, it had to be for a reason. So, I guess the real question is: Why do you think he would say something like that to start with?" She asked.



Grace had manged to get the pack back under wraps and off the wolvesbane. It had taken time, a whole lot of time. And the clean up had taken even more along with destroying the packs that Eva had made. But she'd done it. All of it. The Pack was slowly getting back to it's normal ways. And they had even become who they had been before Eva had started slipping the drug to them. Even Will. So after months of clean up, and working on everything. They had finally gotten everything done and taken care of. Now after some convincing, they were finally having their night. No fighting, no worry, no pack. Just them. And she had to say that it was good-- no not just good. But wonderful, to have her mate back. And for them not to be fighting at every turn. She had considered going out, to a restaurant. But then had come up with something better. A late night pincinc in the middle of the forest. She'd gotten lanterns and a few candles that wouldn't fall over and were in cans and set them around the blanket. So that they could still see without having to use their night vision. Then set out what she'd made, along with plates and two glasses. She'd brought a bottle of wine just in case they wanted it, but she'd also brought bottled water. Looking around and making sure everything was in place. Will had said that he'd meet her there in fifteen minutes. Biting her lip as she took everything in. It was pretty nice, at least she thought it was. She just hoped he liked it.

Ruby shook her head no. "Nick wouldn't say that to me unless if it was true. Nick knows better than to say that. He knows that it is a sensitive subject for me. If wanted to hurt me to get my emotions on there's other ways to do that and he knows that. I haven't turned my emotions off in months." Nick knew better than to say something like to her. Her last love did the same thing. "He wouldn't say something like that the Nick I know and love wouldn't tell me this." She snapped. "Please just go away." Why wasn't Blake coming by did he think she was horrible too? Ruby sank deeper into her feelings.

Will was in his office over looking the treaty. He knew Nick was the one pushing for it. Ruby didn't want it and he really didn't blame her. They were on their territory without anyone's permission, but it was being done. Then he saw a clause in there that said the vampires had the right to revoke this treaty at any time his faced paled and he grabbed the phone and dialed Nick. "Nick what is this clause about your right to revoke the treaty at any time that's not right." Will said.

Raven sighed, deeply considering her words. She knew that it was a sensitive subject with Ruby. But she also had her suspicions about Nick's motives and reasons behind him saying that to her. Seeing as she might not be a sensitive herself as in she could feel others emotions. But it was pretty damn clear to her that Ruby was hurting. And she wanted answers, on a few things as well. "Okay. I'll go away.... just call if you need anything. And I mean anything, Ruby. Even if it's the middle of the night I'll come." She told her, getting up off the bed. First order of business. Going to see Nick and talking to him. Then getting her books back.



Nick picked up his phone when it rang, not even getting a 'hello' out before he heard Will's voice on the other end of the line. Asking about the revoking at any time. Glancing at Blake as he answered surprised he hadn't blinked out to go check on how Ruby was doing. "I know, it's not. But it was the only way to get Ruby to agree to it, I had to put it in by order. If the whole thing was up to me, I wouldn't of added it at all. But as matters are right now--- hopefully we wont have to revoke it at all." He could hope at least.


Grace sat down on the blanket and waited. Hopefully he'd remember that it was tonight. He was back in commission but, sometimes he still forgot things. Although she marked that down as getting adjusted to everything again. Looking around at the candles and lanterns lite up. She could see just faintly though some flowers that had sprung up from the ground.

Ruby nodded her head she curled into the bed. "Blake do you not care either?" Ruby squeezed her eyes shut. "I can force my body to shut down and go into a coma like state until things are better." She whispered softly. "Until someone wants me." Ruby was glad that Raven left. "Until my hurt is gone." But she didn't want to do that she just didn't want to remember Nick that's all. She attempted to alter her memories, but it backfired. Instead of erasing the memories of Nick her past memories from the first life took over. Ruby fainted from exhaustion.


"Nick I can't sign this treaty like this." Will said. "It's not right. Discuss this over with Ruby and the others." Will shook his head he couldn't accept this as it was. "We deserve better than this."

Raven left and then ran to their house. Knocking on the door once she arrived. Stepping back for someone to open the door. Then frowned when she saw someone she didn't really remember open it. "Huh, is Nick around? I need to talk with him about something."


Blake had gone and answered the door seeing as Nick was still on the phone. Lifting an eyebrow when he saw a girl on the other side. A vampire girl this time. Asking for Nick. And saying that she needed to speak with him. Swinging the door wider to allow her in. "Yes, but he's on a phone call right now. You'll have to wait for a bit."


"Fine I'll wait then. And if I may-- who are you?" She asked walking in and then heading to the living room asking the question over her shoulder. As she did so.


Blake fallowed after her only answering her question once they were in the living room. "Blake. I'm an Elder. And if you'll excuse me, I need to do something."


Nick rubbed at his forehead as he heard Will again. "I will, I'll speak with the others... is the land amount still enough? I was able to sway them to give you more then what they had planned to orgianlly I just hoped it would be enough."



Stella heard Will on the phone seeing as Grace had told her to remind Will that tonight was their outing. Just in case it skipped his mind. Knocking on the door and waiting to be told she could come in. Seeing as she wasn't allowed in without permission.

Ruby opened her eyes slowly confused on where she was. "Blake where are you?" She asked softly. "It's me Gabriella." She frowned softly because she didn't know where she was. Back home in Romania there wasn't these. "Blake." She shouted again calling out for him. Ruby's phone buzz and she jumped a little bit not sure what it was. Before the chain of Nick and her's true love started. Gabriella her first life had dated Blake, but he then went off to war and never came back until a year later during that time she got close to Nickalous. However Gabriella's current memories are with Blake and history hasn't started yet for Ruby and Nick. "Blake this isn't funny where are we."

Will look at the land amount it was much more than it started with, but it still wasn't enough land. "No it isn't it feels like Ruby doesn't want this and neither do the others." He sighed. "This isn't going to work out and you know that not until Ruby and the others learn to accept us. You have no say in this Nick we both know that. They aren't going to let you make any decision's because they hate you." He started bluntly he didn't hear the the door knocking most of the time he zoned out when he was working on something it was getting better, but he still done it.

Raven nodded, She didn't care what he had to do. As long as she could talk with Nick once he was done that's all that really mattered. "Go ahead. I'm fine waiting." She told him.

Blake nodded, then blinked out once he'd sensed where Ruby was at. Popping up in the room she was in. Looking around it hoping she hadn't left or something else had happened. He needed to explain some things to her. And he hoped like hell she'd understand and forgive both Nick and him.


Stella sighed, knocking again doing it a bit louder this time. Hopefully he'd heard it if not then she'd just peak her head in and let him know.


"They don't. Not really. I've only gotten them to agree this much because I'm her mate. Take that away, and we'll be lucky if I can even strike a deal. But I'll see what I can do, about both. If, you need anything else let me know and I'll try my best to get it for you and Grace. But, if things get worse. And they end up revoking it after a year or so-- maybe the two of you should- well try and find more land. Someplace safer. I'm not threatening you or your pack. I'm just telling you what I think and giving you ideas. That's all."

Her head turned to Blake. "You came out of your hiding place quickly." She said and walked over to him. "Where are we Blake? This strange place and that strange thing on the bed that buzzes." She pointed to the phone on the bed. Her thick Romania accent was noticeable Ruby's memories weren't coming through. Ruby wrapped her arms around Blake and kissed him on the lips. "Is Nickolas hiding some where to? It's very unkind to play pranks on a lady you and your brother always doing something." The phone kept buzzing and she jumped a little. "Blake why is it buzzing?" she whined jumping in his arms.

Will frowned a little bit. "What is that suppose to mean did you do something to mess things up with Ruby?" He asked softly. "Because then that means the treaty might as well be screwed." He said tapping his pencil to block the loud noise that he was hearing unaware that anyone was at the door.

Blake was slightly confused. Then caught then hint in her voice. Romanian. Not the voice he'd come to know in this life time but the very first life time they'd shared together. How had this happened? She thought that they were still together, that they were lost in a strange place. But he didn't see any way around it but to play along for now. He'd find a way to restore her memories then she'd be back to herself. "No, Nickolas is working, ah it may be but it is cute to watch you." He told her, then frowned at the phone. Missed calls. Messages. He would have to explain it to her. Wrapping an arm around her when she jumped into his arms. "It's alright.. it wont hurt you. It's letting us know that there's people wanting to get in contact with us."



"Don't worry about it... we're sticking to the treaty. And if something goes sour it'll be on my hands not yours." Nick told him. letting out a breath. He should of came up with a different way to turn them on. This had been a bad, bad idea. He thought now.


Stella finally cracked the door open a little bit. Clearing her throat. "Will, Grace wanted me to remind you that you two had a date tonight.. seeing as well. You've been working a lot and all." She finished. Hating that she had; had to interrupt on his phone call.

Ruby curled into Blake and nodded her head a little bit. "Who wants to get into contact with me Blake? Can't they just write a letter? I do not like that thing." Ruby looked up at him softly and giggled. "I'm glad you think I'm cute, but don't let that thought think that your off the hook from hiding from. Nickolas is working again he never has any time to have fun with us anymore."

Will nodded his head toward Stella. "Let Grace know I'll be there soon I need to finish up this call." His attentions shifted back to Nick. "I refuse to sign the treaty with the clause in it to revoke it." He said.

"I'll check and see who it is.. then we can shut it off so that it doesn't bother you anymore." Blake told her. Nodding to answer her question about Nick working again. "Oh no, I'd never think such a thing. Yes, but he should be off tomorrow or the fallowing day. Then we can do something together." He told her.

Ruby giggled again. "Okay can we go home Blake I want to go home now. I'm tired." A yawned escaped her mouth. "Father has been out late this past nights making sure the village is safe from the monsters. And with the war going on a lot of the people are leaving. Blake you're not going to have to go to war are you?" She whispered softly against his chest clenching his shirt in her hands. "I don't want to lose you Blake. I love you."
