Ruby looked at Nick. Knowing she ahd to foucus on him. Nodding her head as she looked at him and then soon found herself following his breathing patterens."Everything is going to be okay" Repeating what he said finding herself calming down she was exhausted phiscallly and mentally exhausted. Hoping later down the road when they decide to have more that it wouldn't be this bad.

"Well I have someone on it. It was suppose to be a surprise for our son." He said. "If you have him relaxing her. If she relaxs enough her body will go into labor. No telling how long she will last in labor." Vampires could vary dramtically.It could fast or take up to days. Depending on the vampire.

Will paced back and forth in the woods. He knew his wolf was in control right now and anything could happen. He could feel the sensation of the shift coming on, but it was too soon it wasn't the full moon. Falling to the ground shaking really badly. Maybe Grace would come and help him

Nick let out another breath when he saw that she was starting to copy his breathing. Before starting to do it again, holding her hand thinking that would help some too. Sensing how tired she was physically and mentally so.


Raven nodded as he told her that he already had someone on it. And that it was a surprise for Nick and Ruby. "Okay, thank you. I'll go back and see how he's doing with that, and see if I can't try and help things along.--- Oh. And don't worry, I wont tell him about the nursery being a surprise." She said starting to back up so that she could head back upstairs.



It only took Grace two minutes to trace his sent into the woods and then find him pacing. Jogging up to him and resting her hands on his arms like she had last night. Hoping that she'd get him to stop pacing. "Hey..."

Ruby smiled weakly. Feeling her body relax completly wanting to close her eyes. Knowing that she needed sleep and rest. Closing her eyes softly then she felt a pain a sharp pain in her stomach shaking it off. She was too weak to do anything hoping Nick would sense it or maybe even Raven. Another sharp pain happened. Her eyes widened and opened quickly. She wanted to panic, but her body was too relaxed to. She felt really calm.

"Grace I need to change" Looking at her with blue eyes. As he stopped pacing. "Please help me" Right now his wolf was vuernable because he couldn't change. Will was fighting everything which in return made things harder for him.

Nick frowned sensing something was--- off. Seeing her eyes open after she had closed them just a second ago. Looking up with worry when Raven came running back into the room like a mad woman. Rubbing a finger over the back of her hand, even though he already knew she was totally relaxed.


Raven had sensed when Ruby had gone into labor. And had told her father that she had to go before running up and back into the room. Going and sitting on the bed looking between them. Then back at Ruby, finally. "What's going on?" She didn't really need to be told seeing as she already knew. But she had to have Ruby comfrim it before she did anything else.



Grace let out a silent breath when he stopped pacing. Looking up at him when he told her that he needed to change. But he couldn't right now because it wasn't the full moon. It wouldn't be until tomorrow night. And that would only make things harder on him. Reaching up and taking his hands between her hands. "Will---- Focus. Focus on me." Hoping that by him along with his wolf focusing on her it would lessen the pain for him.

Ruby felt so relaxed another pain came and she winced at it. "Nick it hurts" She whispered weakly. Surprising herself that she could even talk with the pain. Something struck her senses quickly Nick forced her body into labor. Wanting to say something, but she felt so relaxed. Wanting so desperately to sleep. Her eyes wandered to Raven slowly. "Is this what I think it is?" Asking half asleep feeling her eyes close again. This was too soon, but her baby grew so much in such a short time. Quickly opening her eyes again as the pain spread through her body. "It hurts"

"Grace I need to shift" Whispering softly. Feeling the pain of the shift. Foucus on him he had to foucs on her. Taking a deep breath and her sent rushed in. "I need to shift"


((Sorry Will's is so short. I didn't really know what to write for his.))

Raven nodded, needing no more than those few words to be sure that she really was in labor and it wasn't a false alarm. "Yeah, it's really what you think it is." She told her softly wanting to talk in a soothing voice so that she stayed relaxed and she didn't fade out of labor. Only to have to go back in.


Nick could tell that it hurt her even before she had told him it did. Reaching up and moving a few strands of hair out of her face. "Shhhh it'll be okay." He told her holding her hand.



"Shhhh... Just focus on me. Nothing else. Try to not think about the shift." Grace said smoothing one of her fingers back and forth across his check bone. Feeling that he had a little scruff he must of not shaved for a few days she thought. But tried to push the thought from her mind seeing as this wasn't about her. It was about him, and the pain.

Ruby nodded her head softly. Taking a deep breath letting her mind and body drift into the state of relaxation. Feeling wave of pain realizing that this time she didn't react she felt to peaceful too. "What's going to happen now?" Asking softly as her eyes start to close. The waves of pain hurt so bad. It felt like she was in frozen with the pain, but there was no way to react.

Will looked at her some. Taking a deep breath smelling Grace relaxing looking at her. "He's fighting it my love and it its making it worse please make him want this" Giving Grace puppy dogs and a crying whimper came from his throat. Will was fighting his wolf and shifting. Well, this whole thing which made things worse.

"Now, your going to start having contractions. And then, the baby is going to come." Raven said simple enough. Sensing that she was so relaxed right then that even the pain wasn't even bothering her all that much. And that was a good thing. Seeing as if she stayed this relaxed then the baby might come sooner rather than later.


Grace shook her head sadly. "I can't make him want to shift.... just like I can't force him to do anything he doesn't want to do." She told him as she studied him, sensing that it was his wolf that was talking to her and not Will.

It was nice eventually the pained stopped bothering her. "Raven how will I know if it is a contraction will it......." Then she felt like her push. The pain came back, but this pain felt different from the body numbing pain. It didn't bother her either. Taking a deep breath. "I can't push yet?" Asking softly. Knowing she most likely couldn't, but there was a chance she could be wrong.

"But you can make him and I do anything." Whispering softly. "You have that much power over us" Knowing he had that power over too, but right now it didn't matter. "He's afraid this and I want us to be one again"

((I just want to let you know that tomorrow I won't be on because I have wisdom teeth surgery. I might be on in the evening just depending on how I feel.))

Nick held her hand not wanting her to deal with this alone. Knowing the pain had to be worse now that--- the contractions had started. "It'll be okay.." He told her clammily although this time it was more for him than her. Seeing as she was already clam as she could get. And he was starting to worry about both her and the baby.


Raven hadn't been able to tell her that they would probably start soon. And judging from her reaction to it she had been right. "Not yet.. we have to wait for them to come closer together. Then you can start pushing."



"And you will be, but he isn't ready for it to happen.. all you have to do is wait one more day. The full moons tomorrow night, and then you will be." Grace said not wanting to push either one of them into something they didn't want to do. But she knew that Will had to be fighting his wolf so that he wouldn't shift. Seeing as it would be easier on them both. Both Will and his wolf tomorrow night when the full moon rose. Yes, they could shift anytime they wanted too. They didn't need a full moon to do it, it was just easier when they did.

Ruby nodded her head slowly. The contractions were really far apart at the moment, but then it started to come a little closer. Each time it came back closer and closer together. Wincing at the pain that she could feel. She kept calm though. Whimpering softly. "Can I push now?" It had been couple hours since she first asked the question and she had that feeling to push was stronger than ever. Sweat was coming down her face she really wasn't sure how much longer she could last.

Will sighed some shaking his head no. "I need to shift it's been so long" He shouted. "Its so hard not to want to shift. I can't take it any longer" The pain was unbareable.

Raven nodded, her head as she stood and went to the end of the bed. Looking up at her once she had a blanket ready and everything. "Push." Seeing that she was almost covered in sweat from how much pain she was in. Looking at Nick for a moment, and said "You'll need to keep her calm while she's pushing.. seeing as it can be quit painful."


Nick looked over at Raven for only a moment before turning back to Ruby when she said that he'd have to keep her calm while she pushed seeing as it could be painful. Nodding his head, then leaned forward and kissed her forehead softly. "Your going to do grate.."



Grace didn't know what to say excataly. Seeing as she had never had to do this before. Leaning into him slightly and softly kissing his check. Then after a moment said. "Okay--- we'll shift together.."

Ruby looked at them and nodded her head. Pushing as hard as she could at the moment. Wondering if that was enough, but obviously it wasn't. She let out a scream of pain. Pushing again trying to get deep breaths. The since of being calm was leaving her. "I don't think I can..." Waves of screams escaped her mouth. Pushing as hard as she could. "How much more" Asking in a shaky breath falling back on the pillows.

"He doesn't want to shift." Will whispered softly. "Please tell him to stop fighting." Begging Grace.

Raven had started watching for any colactions or anything that could go wrong. But nothing had so far and hopefully nothing would either. She thought looking up at her for a moment saying "Push."


Nick had been holding her hand, and he didn't think she realized it but she had squeezed while she had been pushing. At one point he had thought she'd break his hand, but didn't really care seeing as he was more worried about her than he was about his hand. Hearing Raven tell her to push again. "Hey- hey.. look at me. Breath." he said starting to do the breathes in and out again.



Grace took a deep breath, before putting her hands back on his checks again, starring into his eyes. "Will----- I know you don't want too. But, You have too. It's the only way the pain will go away. Please. Shift."

Nick began to calm her down quickly. She took a deep breath before starting to push again. The screams didn't stop it hurt so much. An hour passed of pushing and screaming. Ruby kept clam for the most part. Then she heard a little cry and kept pushing until the room was filled with this cry. Feeling her body collasped on the bed from exhaustion. She didn't look too well and that was understanable considering she was drained and gave birth. Pushing herself up to sit up some. "Can I hold her?" Asking weakly?


Will was listening to Grace he felt his body go to the ground and he felt him shift. That was something it hadn't felt in forever and it felt so good everything seemed more clearer than it had ever before. He heard his stomach rumble. He could go after a rabbit.

Nick let out a breath once he heard the crying fill the room. Wrapping his arm around her shoulders as he saw Raven cleaning their baby girl up a little before wrapping her up in the blanket so that Strawberry could hold her. Smiling as she walked around the side of the bed and handed her to Ruby. Feeling his smile spreed wider as he saw her for the first time.


Raven had wiped her off before wrapping her up so that Ruby could hold her. Once she handed her over to them she backed up, saying softly. "I'll give you two some alone time." Beginning to head for the door.


Grace had known when he had started to shift. Waiting until he had finished and was in his wolf from before shifting herself. Closing her eyes and letting her wolf take control and allowing her body to change form. Feeling her hands turn into paws before she felt herself land on four paws.

Ruby looked down at the baby girl. "Avery Nicole Cameron." She whispered softly at the baby. The crying didn't stop, but she rocked the baby in her arms. "She's so tiny Nick" This whole moment was a star strucked moment for her. She forgot about passing out from an exhaustion it was worth it to hold her little girl in her arms. Craddling her closely. "Shhhh"


Will smiled, but then it quickly faded as the he began to fight it again. The pain crippled him to the ground.

"She's beautiful.... Just like her mother." He said reaching over and smoothing a finger across his new daughters forehead. Seeing Strawberry to starting to rock her gently back and forth. Hearing her crying starting to die down.


grace made the short few steeps to where he had crumpled to the ground. Bumping her nose against his forehead. Whimpering slightly.

Ruby smiled a little bit. Her eyes started to droop some. She kept rocking her until she was fast asleep. "Here Nick can you take her?" Yawning some Ruby looked awful and she felt so tired. She didn't want to stop holding her baby girl then the crying started to happen. "She must be hungry. Nick I don't have enough in me. I'm totally drainned."



He was fighting his wolf again. Will quickly shifted back to a human. "I'm not going to ruin this life I have" He was frustrated and nervous about this whole situation.

((I have this idea and I need to get it out there before I forget. What sometime we skip 5 years into the future and everything is going well until the Elders want Avery? Nick leaves trying to find away to stop them and he comes back. Until one day she gets call and he is in the hosptial and the Elders put him into some magical coma. He wakes up with no memories of them.

Maybe Will and Grace started their own pack? And they had twins a boy and girl?))

Nick nodded reaching out and carefully taking his daughter, from her mother. Then looking over when he heard her yawning. Saying softly to her "Rest, I'll have Raven go get her something to eat so that we can stay here with you while you sleep." He said before turning back to Avery starting to rock her softly.


Grace watched him as he started to fight his wolf again, before finally turning back to human. Shifting back too. Slowly reaching out to him, not sure if he'd want her touching him right now or not. Whispering "Will..."

"Nick I love you..." Ruby whispered before she fell into a deep sleep. A couple of hours later she awakened feeling fresh and a lot better than she did before. Noticing it was dark outside. "Nick?" She whispered softly she was dying of thirst and the burning sensation proved it. "Avery is she okay?"


"I don't want this Grace. I have a good life." He whispered softly. "I miss being to shift, but is it worth it if I lose everything?" Asking softly. "I really like you , but a part of me really likes Raven and right now I want you."

Nick had sent Raven to get something for Avery to eat. And then had feed her while both of them rested. None of the other family members had been in yet to visit or to check on the baby or them. And he just thought that was due to the fact that they wanted to give them time alone with their new baby. And he was fine with that. Looking over a few hours later when he heard Ruby waking up and then asking if Avery was okay. Sensing that she was starved. "Yeah, I'm right here. Avery's okay, she feel asleep a little while ago." He said adjusting his hold on her.



Grace sighed then lean forward and rested her forehead against his shoulder. "I don't know,--- but tomorrow is the full moon, and you wont be able to hold it back forever." She said sadly, wishing she had a better answer for him than that.

Ruby smiled softly as she sat up slowly. Looking at her daughter and smiled. "She's perfect Nick. Everything is perfect now." Hearing a blood slave come in mindlessly to Ruby. She bit down on him draining him quickly feeling a lot better. When he hit the floor it woke up Avery. Taking her from Nick's arms Ruby walked her back and forth. "Shh my little angel." She whispered softly trying to get her to sleep again which failed. The crying wouldn't stop. "When's the last time she ate?"


Will had a feeling he was a dispointment to her. "Listen if I want to hold it off forever I will." He said snapping a little. Frowning afterwards looking down. "I'm sorry for snapping at you it isn't your fault."

"An hour ago, she fell asleep about thirty minutes after that." He told her as he watched her try to get her back to sleep but it wasn't working. Standing up and walking over to them to see if he could do anything to help.


Grace reached up and gently touched his check. Sensing what he was thinking. That he was a disappointment. "Your not a disappointment, and you never will be." Although she couldn't balm him for snapping at her like that. Seeing as she might of done the same thing if she was the one going through this. And the roles were reversed.

Ruby nodded her head slowly. Then she saw her father come in. "Be ready in 30 there is a surprise a waiting you." He said and left the room. Ruby kept rocking her. She started to hum softly. Finally deciding that Avery was hungry. Lifting her shirt up a little bit for her to feed the crying stopped.

"Awe my poor little girl was hungry." She whispered softly. "Nick could you find me some clothes and see if there is something I can slip Avery in. It has to be warm. I also will need a diaper." Smiling down at her baby girl. "Tommrrow mommy and daddy are going baby shopping." Little did she know everything was ready in a nursery in their new home.


Will sighed some. "I know." He said quietly. "I wish my vampire side would go away. Then things would be much more simpler." Looking at her touching her arm seeing what he did to her. "Last night I wasn't myself. I'm sorry if I hurt you."

Nick smiled as he walked to his closet and grabbed one of the smaller pairs of sweats and a shirt. Laying them on the bed for her to change into. Before going and digging around before pulling out a little baby outfit that they had brought up for her to wear. And it was one of the warmer ones so it would do. Although he hadn't asked where they had gotten it from. "Do you want me to get her dressed so that you can get dressed?" he asked.


Grace thought o that for a minute. Then something occurred to her. Maybe he could get ride of his vampire side, all together. But she would tell him about that after they settled everything with this. Looking down at where he was touching her arm, smiling slightly at the light touch. "I know.... but you didn't hurt me. I would of told you if you had."

Before she answered him she looked at Avery who pulled away. Smiling a little bit she lift her up some burping her. When she heard that she burped Ruby smiled satisfied. "Daddy is going to get you dressed." Getting off the bed slowly walking to give Avery to Nick. Looking at the pink outfit and smiled. She couldn't help, but speak and talk to her. She was in utterly amazed by everything in a good way. Avery let a out cute little yawn. "Nick I love you." Before heading to his bathroom to get dress. She came out of there ready to go. "I wonder what the surprise is?"

"I know my wolf has no self control at all." Looking at her. "I know you promised us you would make us have a good night." Pausing some. "I'm fighting it and I don't want to anymore it's exhausting. Is there anything you can do?"

Nick had taken their little girl when she had handed her over and then had gone to the bed to get her dressed. Seeing as they didn't have a table or anything to do it on yet. Smiling when he heard her yawn again. Tickling her little belly softly once she was dressed in the little pink outfit. She was adorable. He thought then looked over when Strawberry came out and said she wondered what the surprise would be. "I have no idea... Why don't we three go and find out?" He asked starting to pick her up off the bed.




Grace sighed. This was taring her up inside. She felt horrible, because she didn't know how to help, and she should know how to help her mate. But with this she just didn't know. Seeing as his wolf side had laid doormat for so long that it might of just been a side effect of it coming back in full force. Swiping at her eyes when she felt a lone tear roll down her face. Letting her hands drop form his face to rest softly on his chest while she leaned forward and buried her face in his shoulder. Thinking about all the training she had been through. Everything she had learned. And not one of those things she had been taught could help him-- help both of them. Then remembered a story her mother had told her when she had been young and scary story's still worked to keep her in line. It was an old wives tale..... and no one thought it was true but.... maybe if they could find a way to find out. It might help.

Ruby smiled softly at Nick as they went downstairs. They were put into a car and her father drove off slowly since there was no car seat. She wondered what this surprise was about. Then she notice this big house in one of the finer neighborhoods it was huge. "Welcome to your new house. I would show you around but I have to go." He shooed them off. Seeing her father drive off outside the gate. This was their house. Everything seemed rush. She understood them giving the new family a chance to settle in, but this was a little overboard. Opening the door slowly to find a big foyer.

Taking a moment to sink everything in Ruby smelt baby powder. "I think I may have found the nursery." Ruby whispered as she walking into this room the second door to the right as you walk the stairs. The room was filled with a pink and grey color scheme. Everything was ready for Avery. No shopping to be done part of her was happy she didn't have to worry about it. The other part of her was a little upset she wanted to do what normal parents done. "Nick?" She picked up a grey stuff animal elephant.

Will looked up at Grace. "What are you thinking about?" He asked. Worried that he did something wrong.

Nick had expected something little, when they had told them they had a surprise for them. Getting out of the car in front of the huge house before fallowing both Mother and daughter in. Then walking over when he heard Ruby call for him. "Yeah?" He asked then saw the nursery. Wow... it was nice. But he had wanted to do things slightly--- different. And he had a feeling so had she.


"I'm----- it's just that I don't know how to help you. And I feel like I should be able too. Although, there was a story my mother used to tell me when I was young... mostly just to keep me in line. Although if we could find out if it has any truth it might be able to help."

Ruby looked at him softly. "I apperciate this, but I wanted to do this myself with your help. I love the elephant and all the clothes." She took Avery from Nick wanting to hold her for awhile. Wrinkling her nose. "Someone needs a diaper change." Smiling some laying her down on the table to change her. "Could you hand me some nice warm pjs. I don't want her to get cold." In truth she didn't want to put her down.

"What's the story?" Will asked curiously. Looking at her. "I love stories." He whispered.

Nick nodded, handing her over. "I know, so did I. When they said they had a surprise I wasn't expecting--- this." He said as he walked over and took out a pair of pj's before going back over and handed it to her.


Grace couldn't believe that he actually wanted to hear it. She had thought it was scary back then but as she had grown older she hadn't. And had stopped believing it as well. But now she was re-thinking all of that seeing as it was almost happening to them. "Alright." She paused giving him time to back out.

Ruby nodded her head looking up at him with a smile. She put on the diaper. "Nick I love you." Putting the pjs picking her up again. Crying started to fill the room. "She's a noisy baby. She doesn't need change we just fed her a half an hour ago." Smiling at Nick. "I don't want to let go of her."


Looking at him and smiled softly. "I don't get afraid easily. You see I was turned into a werewolf not born one." He whispered.

Nick smiled softly leaning against the wall by the changing area. Looking at Avery when she started to cry again wondering what was wrong. "I love you too... Maybe she just wants to be held." He said walking the sort distance and wrapped his arm around her waist.


Grace nodded, understanding that he wanted to know, and also in some way she guessed needed to. "Okay. The story goes like this. A long time ago, before vampires and werewolves meet there was a man, and he was one in the same. And he had trouble controlling his wolf. One day, he woke and found that his vampire side was gone. He didn't know why. At first he thought it was because whoever gave it to him was mad with him and had taken it away. That he was no longer worthy of it. Although that was not the case. It had smpily just vanished. But that left only him and his wolf. But the wolf was hard to control, and it soon started to try to take over him. One day, while he was walking he found a girl. She was hurt, and begged him for help. He helped her, and healed her. And before soon, they realized they were mates. But even together his wolf had trouble staying under control. He had trouble and was fighting to keep his wolf under control almost all the time. One day when she was out, she ran into a witch. The witch had heard of the man and offered her a cure for him. But it would come at a cost. For a single strand of her hair. In return she gave the girl the cure and insured her that it would work."

"Or maybe the baby girl is tired." Humming some seeing that she was falling alseep. Ruby was tired too yawning herself. Seeing that she was asleep. Setting her down in tucking her with a light blanket turning the heat up some. Setting her elelphant near her. "Nick I'm tired." Whispering softly.

"What was the price?" Will asked quickly. "I don't want stop being a wolf. Its something I always have been." Will looked at her. "I care about you a lot." He whispered. "Just this is dofferent for me. We used to be able to live peacefully. The vampire side really took over"

Nick nodded walking over to the crib and watching as his little baby girl slept. Looking over at Strawberry when she said that she was tired. And he could understand why, seeing as after taking care of their little girl and them finding out they had a house after making the long trip. He didn't doubt that both of them were tired. Heck, even he could use a nap. He thought wrapping his arm back around her waist. "Why don't we get you to bed then? I can see if they have a video feed so that way we can hear her if she wakes up and starts crying and then I can come and join you for a nap."


Grace paused taking in a deep breath before she countied and told him the answer. Gathering her nerve, before finally saying. "The price was a single strand of the girl's hair. The witch told the girl that she didn't need to pay her with anything else besides the strand of hair, and when she needed something from her she'd come calling. When the girl got back to where the man was staying she gave him the cure. And it worked just as the witch had told her it would. It made it easier for both the man and his wolf so that they weren't fighting for control all the time. He still changed on full moons, but everything was better. A couple years after the man and the girl got married the witch came back to collect from the girl. She sent her on a mission to get something for her. The man didn't understand why she had to leave and do as the witch asked of her, seeing as she had never told him about the deal. And so, he begged her not to go, begged the witch to let him take her spot. But the witch refused seeing as it was not he who made the deal. So, as they had agreed a year ago, the girl ended up going to get what the witch had requested of her. Months past, and still there was no word from her. Finally when he had given up all hope that he would ever see his mate again, she came back and gave the witch what she had brought back. The man was thrilled to see her again. But as time passed, he came to realize that she wasn't the same, anymore. Something had changed while she was gone, he tired to help her but he couldn't. No matter how hard he tired she was never the same again."

Ruby loved how Nick used the word nap instead of to go to bed. She figured she wouldn't be getting much sleep with her baby girl. Hopefully she would stay asleep long enough for Ruby to feel a little bit better. Noticing an extra door in Avery's room opening the door slowly she realized it led to the master bedroom. "Nick I don't think we will need that monitor and even if we did I have the best hearing. Are you going to carry me over the threshold or do we have to be marry to do that?" Asking sweetly and tiredly. She didn't feel like walking or doing anything really, but sleep. Maybe take a nice bath in the morning. "Let's go before Avery wakes up." She whispered softly. Avery would have good hearing, sight, and everything like a vampire. Though she wouldn't stop growing at the age of 21 like all vampires do unless if you were changed and not born one then you would stop growing the second you change. Ruby was almost 19 and she was beautiful all the guys wanted her, but only one guy had her heart and that was Nick.



Will bit his lip and shook his head. "No absolutely not Grace I wouldn't let you do this." He looked at her and sighed. "I'm just not use to this." Hoping this was just the case. He couldn't really see Grace not being Grace, but someone different. "I'm sorry I'm fine this will work out." He looked down a little bit and sighed. "We will work out. I'm just have to get use to it again."

Nick smiled chuckling softly as he head her ask if they needed to be married in order for him to carry her across the threshold into their master bedroom. Whispering to her so that he didn't wake Avery. "I think it counts for both." Before scooping her up in his arms. And carrying her across the threshold into their bedroom. Walking to the bed in the room and setting her down before going and shutting the door slightly but leaving it slightly ajar so that they could hear her just in case. Before walking back and crawling in bed with her so that they could take a nap.


Grace hadn't expected him to agree to it. Not that she knew of a witch or would go behind his back to find one and make the deal. Reaching up and touching his face gently. "If it doesn't get better, maybe we should at least try and find out what was in the cure though. See if we can't make it. But that's the last result.------ Although I'm also not going to push you to do it if you don't want too."

Ruby giggled softly as he picked her up. She relaxed against him and frowned a little bit when he put her down. Waiting for him to return to the bed. When he climbed into bed she immediately cuddle into him. Her eyes closed softly before she could say any words. She didn't really realize that she was this tired. Quickly falling into a deep peaceful sleep. The peaceful dreams turned into nightmares. The Elders were trying to take Avery. Before she could scream or whimper a loud crying sound awakened her.

Taking a deep breath and glancing at the time midnight. Ruby sighed as she notice it had been only two hours since they went for a nap. Tip toeing into the room careful not to wake up Nick. Flipping the switch on as she entered the room. Cries filled the whole room. She picked her up and went to the rocking chair in the corner of the room and rocked her back and forth slowly as she fed her. When she noticed she was done feeding the cries started again.

Walking over to the changing table setting her down changing her diaper. Throwing it into a small waist basket. The cries still didn't stop she moved went back to the rocking chair and held her close to her. "Shhh." Humming softly. Not to long after Avery was asleep and so was Ruby.

"Grace I said I'm fine." Will snapped at her. Realizing what he had done he frowned. "I shouldn't have snapped at you like I did. It doesn't make a difference we aren't doing something like that." He couldn't actually believe Grace would go along with this. "It's stupid and careless." Will smiled softly looking down at her. "I'm sorry this is all new to me again. I haven't changed in over a year and I missed, but I guess I'm afraid of all of this." He whispered softly.

Taking a deep breath. "Have I told you that your pretty, sweet, kind, and amazing." Will said in a soft voice as he took a strand of her hair and started to play with. Every fiber in his body knew this was wrong, but since it was so close to the full moon he really didn't care. Leaning down kissing Grace softly. Thousands of senses turned on him for and it was like Grace was the only one who mattered to him right now.

Nick had started to wake up but then felt Ruby get up to go take care of Avery. Rolling over, a few minutes later when he heard her moving around in the nursery. But when she didn't come back after a good twenty minutes or so he got up and went to check on them. Pushing the door open and seeing both Mother and daughter asleep in the rocking chair that was in the nursery against one of the walls. Walking over and gently touching Strawberry's shoulder. "Hey..."


((My bad, dinners ready I thought it wasn't. I'll do Grace in a while.))

Grace could understand why he would be afraid of doing it again, seeing as he hadn't done it in over a year. And also she could sort of understand why he had snapped at her like he had but let it go when he apologized about it. Seeing as she knew it wasn't really his fault. Seeing as some part of it had to also be his wolf, as well. Plus he did have a point, it wasn't just careless. It was also kind of stupid. Nodding slightly starting to let her hand drop from his face but then kept it there after a moment.

Feeling that he had picked up a strand of her hair, and was now playing with it. Looking up at him slightly when he asked her if he had told her that, shaking her head no slightly. Then leaning into him when he kissed her, not seeing the point in fighting it. It was so close to the full moon, it just wasn't worth trying to fight it. Slowly kissing him back.



((Yeah, they could be making out for a while and then she's walking and she sees them, and they end up fighting over it.))

Ruby opened her eyes a little bit to see Nick standing over her. The slightest movement she made awakened Avery. "I just fed her and changed." Her she said yawning as the cries filled the room. Honestly she didn't mean to fall asleep. Trying to get her to fall back to sleep wasn't working. Getting up realizing she forgot to burp her. Starting to burp her softly and when the cute little hiccup sound came out she smiled because the crying stopped. "We now have a wide awake baby."


Will smiled softly against her lips kissing her a little harder. Grace was just perfect for him. He was slowly getting lost in the kiss and he didn't care about Raven. She was a distant in the past. Growling some. "Grace I love you." Mates were suppose to love each other. He smiled softly against her lips again. He didn't know why she made him so happy, but the full moon was closer than ever before. Everything was coming to an end. He was going to end with Raven no matter how much his vampire sad wanted her.

Nick hadn't meant to wake Avery. Even though he had a feeling that it hadn't really been his doing and it had been the feeling that she needed to burp. Reaching out offering to take her, so that she could go and try and get some more sleep if she wanted to. "You want me to see if I can get her back to sleep?"



Grace knew just from how the kiss was going that it was Will in charge and not his wolf. This was soft, and gentle. It wasn't hard and demanding. Although she did love both sides of him. Just like her own wolf did. Realizing now how perfect they were together. She had been with others before, but none of them made her feel like he did. Feeling herself starting to get lost in the kiss. Sliding her arm around so that it was wrapped softly around his neck. Hearing him say he loved her. Pulling back a fraction but keeping their moths close, whispering: "I love you..."




Raven had been dismissed from the house that Ruby's parents lived in and also believed that Nick was their son. Seeing as after she had given birth and had given them room. Her father had told her that she was welcome to stay for a while so that she could check up on the baby in a while before they left. But after that she had to leave. Agreeing, and had done just that an hour or so ago now. Starting down one of the lonely sidewalks that was kind of out of the way. Thinking she'd go and walk in the woods for a while. That always helped her think, starting for the line of trees.

"No I got her." She said a little too quickly. Ruby was a little jumpy after her dream. She held Avery close to her bouncing her trying to get her to calm down. "Shh." Whispering softly. "Its okay baby girl." Pacing the room back and forth eventually Avery went back to sleep again. Ruby felt like she could go to sleep any second, but that would require letting go of Avery and what if her dream came true? Its just better if I hold her Thinking in her head. The thought of losing her baby girl to the Elders made her head spin. She knew that she had to relax and get some sleep, but not now.


Will smiled softly at her the moon was high in the night sky. It was almost full, but not enough to make one turn. To him it was almost crazy to think that he could love someone this soon, but Grace was his mate. A weird scent caught his nose, he didn't care at the moment. Nodding some he kissed Grace back a little harder than before his wolf was starting to come out. Pushing her closer to him. "You smell amazing. I haven't been able to smell this good in so long."Will said in a deep husky voice.

Nick could tell that something was wrong, and that it was bothering Ruby. But he didn't know what it was, standing watch over the two of them while she paced the room trying to get their baby girl back to sleep. Before finally seeing her little eyes fall shut in sleep. Crossing the small space and putting a hand on Strawberry's shoulder to get her to stop for a moment. Asking quietly so as not to wake Avery again. "What's wrong? I can sense something's bothering you..."



Grace saw his smile on his face when she told him that she loved him, although she couldn't really grasp the fact that she loved him this soon. She couldn't understand that. But then again they were mates so she could understand why. Feeling that the moon had come out at some point although it wasn't full enough to make either one of them turn yet. That would be tomorrow night. Getting a whiff of someone else walking near by. Choosing the ignore it. Sensing that his wolf was trying to break free, when he started to pull her closer to himself. Smiling some when she heard him say that she smelled amazing and that he hadn't smelt that good in so long. "Might be my perfume..." She whispered to him before starting to kiss him back as she started to lean into him so that he was starting to lean back.



Raven stopped when she got a hint of someone else in the woods. And it smelled furmiler. So it had to be someone that she had run into before or else someone she knew from school. She thought as she started to fallow their sent.

"Nothing is bothering me." Ruby said softly as she walked back pacing the room not setting her down. What if her dream came true and she couldn't do anything about it. "Its just best if I hold her. No one will get her if I hold her." Ruby whispered. "They want her that's why they did all this they want her and my dream.... they took her." She couldn't think right. Turning to Nick and looked at him. "They want her Nick she is safe in my arms. I'm not letting go of her." Ruby yawned. "I'm just going to sit in the chair with her for awhile." Sitting in the chair her eyes automatically closed.

Will's wolf was coming out slowly. "Are you returning what I did to you?" His eyes flashed a bright blue. Will didn't have any control right now. He felt himself leaning back using his elbows to prop himself up. Kissing her back a little harder. The moonlight shined on them and it felt so good to be have its line on him. He could hear something coming from a distance. Figuring it was just animal. His elbows gave out from underneath of him. Grace was on top of him. The noise was growing a little closer. His urge to protect his mate came over him.

Nick had wanted to tell her that as long as he was around and alive he wouldn't let anything happen to her or their baby girl. And there was always a chance that the dream wouldn't even come true. Just something her mind made up while she slept. Seeing her eyes close as soon as she sat down in the rocking chair. Letting out a deep sigh, walking over and quietly picking up the crib and taking it into their room. Before walking back into the nursery and cautiously taking Avery from her and going back to their room and putting her in the crib before walking back again and picking Ruby up out of the chair and carrying her to the bed laying her down under the covers.




Grace didn't have to be told that his wolf was starting to take control. Seeing as she could tell when the kisses started to become harder and not as gentle any more. Feeling the moon light on her back as she countied to kiss him. Pulling back and looking over when she heard the sound of foot steeps coming closer. Something wasn't right. Thinking that sense they were about to get interrupted she'd finish re paying him later.



Raven had let her nose lead her to a little place off the side of the trail that she'd been walking. Stopping when she finally realized why the sent smelled so furmiller. It was because she smelled it every day. At least one of them she did, even though she hadn't for the last week or so. It was Will with--- someone. She realized stopping a little ways from the opening where she could tell she'd find them in.
