currently reading ASOIAF:A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin :) sinong nakabasa na nito? 800+ pages pala to.
"Anansi Boys! :) have you read American Gods?"nope, Im just starting with my Gaiman fest right after I was done reading stardust :)
Is the book good? it had quite a lot of awesome reviews :)
@Larichelle : Already read that book. Sa una nakaka overwhelm ung haba but after three or four chapters 'di mo mamamalayan patapos kana pala especially if you are a big fan of high fantasy.

YES! I'd tell you to read American Gods first, but okay lang naman kung nag-start ka na sa Anansi Boys as it's not a sequel. I've read both, and boy, are they good. Enjoy! :)

Will look into it. Thanks Tina!
Recently found at old closet:
Will read again.
Bought when it came out in 2001(?).Got bored after Chapter 3 but will give it another try...after Cloud Atlas. :)
my mom's book, thought it would be a nice to read it so near to her 1st year death anniversary. Just a reminder of her :)
Currently reading Them: Adventures with Extremism. A hilarious narrative about the author's encounters with fringe group loonies. If you like conspiracy theories, this book is it.
Tricia wrote: "@Reev: I just got my copy of number9dream last Saturday. I'm reading that next!"Bumili ka pa? Sana pala binigay (or binenta hehe) ko na lang copy ko sa yo. :) Tried reading the first chapter again...then I remembered why I wasn't so into it. Haha.

I don't know what to say! It's different and I think most of us have expected something like what we've enjoyed with the HP books. But I'm liking it so far! :)
Hello! Just want to share with everyone what I'm currently reading right now :)
"Before Ever After" by Samantha SottoI'm more than halfway to finishing the book, and I can honestly say that it's a good read and definitely worthy to be squeezed in to your already mountain-high pile of books to read. And plus, the author of this book is a fellow kababayan - all the more reason to check it out. ;)
Good day and happy reading!
Hello! :)
Although my currently reading shelf is filling up, the book I'm engaged the most with is City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare :)
(Also, I'm stuck with The Fellowship of the Ring of The Lord of the Rings ;/ )
