Same here! Brittany, weren't we on the same team last time? :)
Btw, any ideas for our team name? And who wants to be captain?

As for captain, I don't mind being if no one else wants to.
Team name suggestions, two for the taking, that's all I got right now lol

I live in Michigan, near Detroit.
This is my first time playing. A roll of 5 means we read a 5th book in series or space 5 means a book off the Maybe shelf, right?
Looks like we're off to a good start! I'll go with
since I'm too lazy to browse that shelf right now. ;)

Cathy wrote: "Okay. Then I'm going to read Fangirl from the Maybe list."
I've been wanting to read that too, looking forward to your review! :)

Review:This is the fifth book of The Elder Races Series. Pia and Dragos from the first book are front and center for this book. Pia is trying to negotiate a new treaty with Elven Demesne to improve relations with the Wyr and Elven Demesne. Dragos doesn't want Pia to go but relents anyway. He's needed to supervisor the Sentinel Games. What will happen next is anyone's guess? Your answers await you in Lord's Fall.

Ceremony in Death by J.D. Robb (In Death #5)

Review:
While this wasn't one of my favourite books from the series, one can always rely on J.D. Robb to deliver an entertaining, fast-paced read. In this one, Eve is asked to conduct a confidential investigation into a fellow cop's death that might implicate her mentor Feeney. Linking that case to a number of ritual murders leads her to learn far more about the occult and the people who dabble in it in various forms than she ever wanted to know. A solid entry in the series, though especially towards the end I felt that Eve came across as unreasonably more bitchy than usual.

This book started off a little slow, but it added a couple of unexpected elements that added to the story. Cath is a freshman in college, adjusting to being away from home. She is a very popular fanfiction writer but she uses her writing to withdraw from real life. I enjoyed watching her bloom throughout her first year in college.

Angie, how is your book coming along?

I see that.. for some reason that didn't show up on my phone app. lol

This book has been a great read. I am so sad that it is over. It is the first in a series and OMG wow! This book was so hilarious. I was laughing from the very beginning. I loved the Paula Deen references and being inside Drew's head was a great POV. Out of the books I've read in 2014 so far, if I could be any one character it would be Kate. This was an easy read and one that I will highly recommend.
