I finished a new FBI romantic suspense from Elizabeth Heiter, Hunted, over the weekend. Very good, though a bit light on the romance.
Read two really good books this past week. I zipped through THE ROSIE PROJECT by Graeme Simsion, a rec by Hellie over at The Romance Dish, and loved it. Then I finished up THE HELP by Kathryn Stockett. I know, I know I'm a little late for that one. I tried getting it from the library when it came out and was #99 on the list a few years ago and just gave up on it. My daughter chose it for a free read at school a couple of weeks ago. The library had tons of copies this go round and so I decided to read it with her. Very, very good book. I really enjoyed it. Now we're going to watch the movie.
Almost finished ARC of
. I'm excited to read
and
next. Gorgeous cover for all three. Happy Release Day for Manda, excited to read about Georgie :D
Manda, (one day late) Happy Book Birthday! Hope you had a lovely day visiting and chatting about Why Earls Fall in Love ♥
Thanks, Okie! I did. We had an unexpected snow day (actually we're having another today) so I pretty much spent all day online. Release day always keys me up!
So many good books out yesterday! I am coveting time to read. I turn in a book on Friday, then I'm going to gobble Tessa Dare's and Manda's newest. :)
This week I have read (listened to) Tangled by Emma Chase, The Bride Says No by Cathy Maxwell, & Romancing the Duke by Tessa Dare. You can see my reviews at Audible. Now I've decided to re listen to my library and read my e-books in alphabetical order. That will take over a year - okay, probably 2 1/2 because I have over 800 books in my Audible library, and about 45 in me e-library. I have very few physical books due to space constraints.
Just read With This Kiss part one by Eloisa James, but am having a lot of trouble downloading part two to my Kobo(done part three no prob.) I have tried three different Kobo sites but keep having the same problem.
Has anyone else had any trouble with this book? Thanks.
Just reading Mike Lawson's House Odds, love his Joe DeMarco character.
