I just found this group, so I'm a bit late starting this post, but I will be listing my books here as I get them read.

I'm aiming for 12 books since I know my to be read pile will start to add books by favorite authors as they come out over the next 11 months.

Fortunately, I'm off to a good start with 3 books already read this year. It will probably help me out later in the year as 2014 releases become my focus.

7. Clammed Up by Barbara Ross The first quarter was a bit slow, but it really took off from there. Here's my review.

9. The Brass Verdict by Michael Connelly The sequel to The Lincoln Lawyer is gripping and a very fun review. Here's my full review.

10. Cover of Snow by Jenny Milchman A strong debut with writing that brings winter to frigid life. Here's my review.

And with that, I made it! I upped by level to 24 from 12 and completed it. Good thing, too, since I will be finishing out the year with 2014 books and even a couple of ARCs due out in January.
