Hopeless was such a great read. I loved Losing Hope, as well. Nothing like a little Dean Holder!

I started A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1) by Sarah J. Maas . I'm on chapter 4 and I'm a bit...bored. GAH! I hate that I am saying that. I'm not going to stop reading it, but I hope it gets better for me because right now I'm not loving the MC's voice.

Oh wow Brooke, now there's something I never thought I'd hear about one of Maas' books. I'm counting down the days until this one releases so I'm hoping it picks up soon if not I'm going to be sad. I hope it's world building or story setup and that it eventually grabs hold of you and takes off as we've come to expect from Maas.

Yeah, I mean it's funny because there are so many of us that loved Twilight and are desperate to find another series that gives that same FEEL, and then authors try and get bashed for being copycats. I felt the same about Hush, Hush; loved it like an obsession but it was completely separate from Twilight for me.

I haven't read any of his stuff, but my brother was very enthusiastic about all of his writing. He suggested this one because it's the only one in its series so far(and I was griping about having too many series and not enough time), and because it was free for download on the author's site :-)

Micah (sinvega) | 76 comments THANK YOU GOD! I finally finished Red Rising (Red Rising Trilogy, #1) by Pierce Brown

I'm sorry. I did not like this book. I didn't even really hate this book. I almost have zero opinion on it. I cant even call it the worst I've read (Divergent and Vampire Academy still have that spot) because I think part of me liked the book's premise....I just hated the main character.

Ugh. It took me a year to get through the first 6 chapters. And it took me like 2 months to finish this book and its less than 400 pages.

Ashlee | 309 comments Okay so I ended up listening to the whole The Infernal Devices Clockwork Angel; Clockwork Prince; Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #1-3) by Cassandra Clare series and really enjoyed it! I think the Ed Westwick narration in the second book really helped hook me in- such a sexy voice! I think my only annoyance was that it all played out a little too conveniently? ...I won't go into any more details causei don't want to spoil it...it was an interesting approach but I t left me a little flat

I just finished Under Different Stars (Kricket, #1) by Amy A. Bartol which I loved!! Unfortunately I don't have the next book though...will be getting on to it as soon as I get home!

Just started Gameboard of the Gods (Age of X, #1) by Richelle Mead and really enjoying it so far
