Vampire Beach is a fun addictive series. Of course I liked the Twilight series, VA, and the House of Night series.
Have you tried the Chronicles of Vlad Tod? It's a fun series too!

I've just started the Night Huntress Series and read [image error] and loved the dynamic spitfire relationship between Cat and Bones.

Also have been reading the Black Dagger Brotherhood series which are great also .

The Undead(Betsy the Vampire Queen) series by Mary Janice Davidson is my favorite. It's hilarious, but also deals with some serious issues. I've only read the first Blue Bloods and Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter books, but I really think I'm going to enjoy those series too.

just finished reading the first Vladimir Todd and loved it, but my absolute fave vamp series is the Night Huntress Series by Jeaniene Frost. Seriously, if you haven't read them, check 'em out!! They're amazing!!!

I know exactly what you mean, only I have like 900! The nice thing about this site is that you can mark them as to-read and it keeps track of them for you, which is nice because then I don't have to waste valuable brain space remembering where my list is.

I go and divide my lists up even further by topic, like supernatural, history, mysteries, and so on and so forth. I also have a list for books friends recommend and one for the next in the series, like the Wolves of Mercy Falls Book Two Linger was at the top of my to-read list until I found it. It so nice having something that keeps track of what I read that's available whenever I have a computer.

My favourite vamp series, hands down, is The Black Dagger Brotherhood. I fell in love with the series immediately when I first read Dark Lover. Yes, there are books (like #6), which I didn't really enjoy as much, but I still think it's one of the best vamp series out there. I would recommend it to any adult who like paranormal series.

Now, as far as YA, goes. I really love The Morganville Vampires Series by Rachel Caine. Her writing is fantastic and the plot and characters are just wonderful.

I suppose Evernight by Claudia Gray is not bad either, though I didn't really like the last 2 books in the series as much (even though my friends loved them).

I would have to disagree with people who mention House of Night as a good series. I found the writing just awful and there were serious issues with the storyline, i.e. *SPOILER* How is it that every single male character in the series is in love with Zoey? Well...except for her gay friends. How is it that she calls other girls hoes, but doesn't realise that she's fit that category even more since she's dating like...3 guys at the same time, at some point. *shakes head in disbelief* This series seriously annoyed me. There was potential in the storyline, but the writing was just terrible.

I'd like to add The Night Huntress Series by Jeaniene Frost to my list. Being a die hard Buffy fan, I am finding certain parts of this series to remind me of BTVS and I absolutely love it.

i dont have a favorite. but i didn't like Vampire Diaries very much.
onse that i would like a lot are (dont hate me) Twilight (though it is very cliched, i still like it) Vampire Kisses, Shattered (Dream Realms Trilogy), and The Mortal Instruments series . . . . i think that is it.

Vampire Kisses is pretty good. they are all novellas though, like two hundred pages, some people like there plots a little thicker i guess. but i loved them. and the Mortal Instruments were pretty good to but they didn't have just vampires, they have werewolves and faeires and all the other mythical creautres pretty much so they werent really vampire based, but they had them in them.

I love the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer, but i recomend also others series like the House of Night by P.C Cast and Kristin Cast, the Sookie Stackhouse series written by Charlaine Harris and also recomend Vampires Diaries Written by L.J Smith there are pretty good too but i prefer The Twiligth series there are the bests books i have ever read
