"Thanks," Mist told him once she'd gotten close enough for him to actually hear. He could have left her behind, but he hadn't. So far, he'd made a good impression, except for the mind reading thing.
Mist smiled again and didn't respond, deciding to just run along with him. She didn't really know where they were going, and she, honestly, didn't really care.
Mist, who'd been focusing mostly on breathing and on wherever they were going, also slowed when he said that. She looked over at the trees, a small idea occurring. She slowed to a stop, an almost mischievous smile on her face. "Wanna go in?" She asked the son of Hecate, gesturing to the forest beside them.

Robin walked down a path, kicking a rock as she walked along.
Robin spotted Kyle a little ways away, staring down at a rock. She raised her eyebrows and walked over to him, standing behind him with a hand on her hip. "Who's winning?" She teased. "The stare off, I mean."

Robin smiled and shook her head. "What happened, rock kick you or something?" She asked, cocking her hip.

"It's my new favorite vacation spot." Robin joked, then smiled and hugged Kyle.

Robin smirked. "Neither do I. That place gives me the creeps." She shuddered slightly, then sighed and pulled Kyle closer. It felt like she hadn't hugged him or anything in a long while, and she missed it.

Robin seemed confused for a moment. "Wait... What?" She asked. Then she saw he wasn't looking at her, but rather at something behind her.

Robin glanced behind her, but didn't see the ghost. She figured that's what he was talking about though, so she turned back to Kyle. "Do you still have that device I gave you the day we met? That one that repelled ghosts?"

Robin glanced between Kyle and the ghost, which she still couldn't see but it obviously wasn't going away. "Why isn't it working?" She mumbled to herself, digging through her backpack to see if she had any other devices.

Robin finally found another device, one that looked similar to Kyle's. "Here, try this. It's for demons or monsters, but maybe it'll work." She shrugged.
Robin sighed and glanced up at Kyle. "Sorry, Darlin." She muttered, biting her lip. She wished she could think of something else, some other tool or anything that could keep the ghost away from Kyle. At least for a moment.
Robin slowly smiled. "Have something special in mind?" She asked curiously, lacing her fingers through his as they turned away from where the ghost was.
