Megan tumbled head over heels until she rammed into something solid. She gasped in pain and looked up. The massive dog snarled at her from underneath a thick layer of ice. She scrambled backwards, getting to her feet. " KALEB GET UP THE HELLHOUNDS ARE STILL COMING!!!!!!" she pulled him to his feet and ran like hell

Kaleb rubbed his head. "Coming, coming." He caught up with Megan not too easily, she was just as fast as another Hermes' kid Kaleb knew. He caught her wrist and threw her into his arms. With every step her took, ice covered the ground behind him. "Well well well." He smirked. "I really should just leave you here. But you're pretty fun." He shrugged. "Where the hell did these things come from anyway-" A hellhound pounced in front of him. Instinctively, his hand shot out, and a icicle stabbed the dog. Unfortunately, he dropped Megan in the process.
Megan tucked and rolled, using the momentum to get back to her feet. She shot forward, cussing " DAMMIT KALEB WILL YOU QUIT TRYING TO KILL ME?"
Kaleb grimaced. "I'll try my very best." He ran alongside her.
" 2 down and 4 to go. Hopefully we reach the fields soon so we I mean you don't have to kill them all. " Megan panted and ducked head. " running for your life us freaking exhausting"
"That's probably because your boob's weigh like a billion pounds." Kaleb waggled his eyebrows.
Megan turned her head and glared at him " I would trip you, but I don't want you to get eaten by the hellhounds!"
Kaleb's mouth dropped. "So you do like me. Oh, I'm so touched-WHOA TWO UP AHEAD." He raised his forearm, and and ice shield shot up. "You don't have any weapons do you?" He asks, strengthening the shield while the hellhound snarled and bit at the ice.
" that doesn't mean I like you, you butt head, its just that being eaten by hell hounds would be painful, don't you think?" She drew her dagger " and this is all I have"
Kaleb looked at her. "You're a demigod, and all you have is a dagger? Oh gods why?" He looked up at the sky. "Ok. On three, take the shield down, I freeze both dogs, and you stab them. Ok?" A crack in the ice formed; the hellhound were heaving themselves against the ice. "
Cherre sat in a tree. Honestly, most of the people at camp she hated with the exception of her friends and boyfriend. She wondered what the others were doing on their quest. She sighed, still thinking. Most of the time she didn't care about Louis, but he was one of her best friend's boyfriend, so she had to deal with it.
Damian was walking under the line of trees. He just came from practicing his archery and had his bow and quiver hanging on his back. He shoved his hands in his pockets and bit his lips, looking down at his shoes while he walked.
Cherre almost groaned, seeing the boy. Another human, she thought to herself. She pulled her red, curly hair back in a ponytail, eyes still on the boy. She decided to mess with him and took out a throwing knife, smiling. She threw the knife and it flew past the boy's head and lodged itself in a tree. She climbed higher so he couldn't see her.
Damian fell to the ground. He crawled backwards his back hitting another tree. "Hey! Wh-who's there?" He shouting at no one in particular while getting off the ground and looking around. An arrow was taken from his quiver along with his bow and he held it low at the ready.
Cherre smiled, flipping upside-down so he could see her. "Hello. You were scared by my knife, but it was amazingly funny." Her eyes were golden like they were when a certain goddess decided to take over.
Damian rubbed he back of his head. "Uh, I was caught off guard," he said butting his bow and arrow away. "What are you doing in a tree?" He asked.
"I'm thinking." Her eyes turned to their normal color and she grabbed another knife from behind her back. She threw it so close it grazed his ear and she smiled wider.
His hand went to his ear. He brought his hand up and saw a red liquid on it. "That's not very nice," he said smiling at her. "You don't have another knife right.." He said trailing off while leaning away from her.
"I'm not very nice. And I have a lot of knives." She pulled out another and started cleaning her nails with it. She was bored and didn't know what to do.
Damian's eyebrows went up in surprise. Then he smirked and said, "Careful you might cut a finger off." He laughed lightly, but then stopped noticing that he was the only one making a sound. "So what's your name," he said leaning on the tree beside him with his arms crossed.
"Cherre Williams," she answered simply. She didn't take his advise and kept cleaning her fingernails. "And you are?" She asked still upside down.
Damian stood up straight. "Damian son of Apollo," he said while pretending to flex his arms. He was a bit buff and he loved to show it.
Cherre rolled her eyes. "Seen enough metal men in my life, you're not going to impress me," she said. "Do you know what that is?"
Damian looked around. "What what is?" He said confused. This girl was strange he didn't know if he should just walk away or continue to talk to her.
"Never mind. The thing is, I've seen people who practically live in the gym and their whole chest is covered with tattoos." She sighed. "My brother never was one, he was always the boss in stuff like that." She didn't even realize she was talking about her past in the gangs before she said that.
"What?" He was even more confused as he was before. "Well where's your brother now?" He asked concerned, "and don't worry I'm not covered in tattoos."

"He's probably off doing some stupid and dangerous thing." She sighed again, this was all so boring. "He's going to caught one day, and I won't be there to get him out of jail when he does."
"Well then he doesn't deserve a sister like you," he said smiling. "We should do something. What do you want to do?" He asked

I fight pretty well just to let you know" she snapped " and I don't think I can stab through the ice... so how about we both take one?"
Kaleb nodded. "Taking the shield down. Annnnnnnnnd GO, BARBIE GO! DON'T TRIP ON YOUR HIGH HEELS!" He shouted, the wall of ice crashing to the ground. Immediately, the hellhounds pounced.
She dodged to the side, slashing at one of them "I DONT WAER HIGH HEELS!!!!!" she shouted at him
Kaleb ran to the side, barely missing getting chomped in two. "Yeah, I definitely believe you. YOu totally would if they weren't death sentences when running away from your usual monster-AHH!" A hellhound snagged his pants, its claw ripping through Kaleb's leg. "F***!!!" He screamed, raising a palm. An icicle shot out, and stabbed the monster between the eyes. It exploded into dust. "You ok over there, Barbie?" He grimaced.

Megan ducked and rolled forward as it swiped it's claws at her face "sure, Im fine. Just playing with the puppy" she stabbed up, under the monster's jaw. It made a whimpering noise and exploded, coating Megan in dust. " GODS DAMMIT!!!!" She coughed
Kaleb limped over to her and put an arm around her shoulders. "That's gonna be one sexy scar, Barbie." He took his sleeve and tried to wipe the blood off her face, but succeeded only in spreading the blood all over her face. "Uh, yeah that's not helping is it..." He continued doing it.

Damian thought for a second. "Well..how about we go to the forest or something," he said and shrugged. "The forest is fun right. Or the lake. Or the creek. I don't know your call," he continued.
"I suck at deciding things." She fell from the tree, but landed on her feet in after flipping. "I sometimes had to decide things that I didn't need to, so I have a natural disliking for it."

"Sorry. Lets go to the Apollo shack and get ourselves stitched up, shall we?" He patted her head and limped to the infirmary, obviously trying to beat her there. Kaleb was dumbly competitive even when the time to be so was completely obnoxious.

"How about we go to the creek. You can tell me about why you climb trees and I can make you laugh," he said laughing and poking her cheek.
Cherre raised an eyebrow. "I bet you can't make make me laugh." She smiled. "And race you there." She shot through the forest, taking a shortcut.
