Are you really into dangerous heroes? Prove it with our General Dangerous Hero Reading Challenge in 2014.

Select a number for how many dangerous hero themed books you will read in the year.

You create your own shelf name to count the books, and as you finish them, add them to this shelf, and see how well you meet your goal at the end of the year.

You can change your goal at any time before the end of the year.

Start Date: January 01, 2014

It's up to you, Karen. Pick a number that you think will work. If you need to adjust it, you can change it.

I think that's up to you, Tammi. If I read a book with a prominent character who gives me the dangerous vibe, I count it.

I wish I could be more help to you, but I think you'll just have to come up with a doable number for yourself based on how much you read and what part of usually has an edgy/bad/dangerous character who you feel fits the concept. You can also look at some of the other signed up members and pick a number that works for you. If you aren't sure, then pick a lower number. You can always change it.

For last year's challenge, I counted the Heroes of Olympus (the second Percy Jackson series) books that I read. In them, Percy & co have grown into their powers more and I would definitely consider them dangerous. ^_^ (All of them. Even the girls. Especially Annabeth.)
