It's up to you, Karen. Pick a number that you think will work. If you need to adjust it, you can change it.

I think that's up to you, Tammi. If I read a book with a prominent character who gives me the dangerous vibe, I count it.

I wish I could be more help to you, but I think you'll just have to come up with a doable number for yourself based on how much you read and what part of usually has an edgy/bad/dangerous character who you feel fits the concept. You can also look at some of the other signed up members and pick a number that works for you. If you aren't sure, then pick a lower number. You can always change it.

I am going to let you make that decision. I like to give members leeway in making that call since that's the fun of this challenge.

For last year's challenge, I counted the Heroes of Olympus (the second Percy Jackson series) books that I read. In them, Percy & co have grown into their powers more and I would definitely consider them dangerous. ^_^ (All of them. Even the girls. Especially Annabeth.)

Lura wrote: "Hey, kids can be just as dangerous as adults. More so if they have some kind of powers they can't control. ^_^"
True that!
