Re #22:The sources above appear to be bookseller sites, perhaps not publishers. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but that makes them invalid sources for cover art.

Yes, booksellers are limited to Amazon.
I found an alternative site for the first book, a blog with a review which should be OK, and added the cover.
