((Hmmm, ok i have a Hermes chic. I'll have her jump in))Nola waltzed into the range, a small mischievous smile kn her face. It had been a few years since she first got to Camp now so she wasn't shy anymore.
Crystallia just walked away amd out of the range, needing to be back in the cold of her cabin.
((Nola looks like-
Gerce shrugged and placed another grenade into the javelin basket before carefully replacing the spears within. He noted a Hermes camper he'd pulled a few pranks with and lifted his hand in a hail.
Nola nodded at the boy and walked over. "Don't I know you?" she asked curiously, remembering him from somewhere
"I covered for the Hermes cabin when they stole all of the Ares cabin's land mines," he answered easily. He pointed at the javelins.
"I rigged a grenade in there. Nothing fatal, I'm just sorta bored now."
"Ah, I see." Nola then thought statistically. "Wanna help me with a new project?" she asked with a grin.
The son of Truth moved on from the random Hermes girl and figured maybe he should actually learn how to use a javelin. So he picked one up and threw it at a target. Those things were heavy. He hit himself on the toe.
Sienna walked onto the javelin range, wondering whether she would ever prove apt at any weapon at all. If she was desperate enough to try javelins, she figured the odds were rather slim.
Gerce tried again, but his shot went wide and almost speared some girl whose name, he would soon learn, was Sienna."That was unintentional but humorous to me!" He yelled in apology.
After almost being skewered by a sword earlier in the day, Sienna was pretty much over having heavy weapons thrown at her. After recovering from the shock of having a javelin fly by directly past her face, she glared at him. "Hmm," she said dubiously, "Sure it was."
"I cannot lie," Gerce explained honestly."Thank my mom for that." He didn't seem too happy about it, but everything about his demeanor screamed TRUSTWORTHY. He seemed someone to confide in. When looking into his eyes, Sienna noted that she felt that she could see right into him, like he was transparent and honest.
He took advantage of this a lot to trick people. He was truthful. Technically.
"Okay. I believe you," she agreed automatically, almost forgetting what she was annoyed about, but not quite.
"This is my first try at Javelining," Gerce explained."I am Gerce, son of Aletheia. And who exactly are you?"
His eyes were honest. He waited for a chance to use that to trick her in some way.
"I'm Sienna, daughter of Amphitrite," she told him absently, "And I haven't ever even seen a javelin before today..."
"Huh. Well, I'm pleased I could give you your first close-up look."The child of truth grasped the Javelin again and this time hit a target. It was directly behind him.
Sienna wasn't too excited about failing at yet another kind of weapon, so she took her time walking a few feet away to pick up a javelin, and once she got back, she really just held it, pretending to examine it like she had some clue what to make of it.
Behind them stood a tall, caramel-skinned girl with amused, hazel eyes and auburn hair which was braided back. She casually held a javelin in her hands and smirked at them. "Roxanne," said Thursday.
"Thursday," said Roxanne, mildly amused by Thursday's unwelcoming tone. "And this would be your new girlfriend by the looks of it." She smirked at Daisy and casually said to Daisy, "She almost never hangs out with girls."Thursday frowned. "What does that make you then?" She said.
Roxanne smirked at Thursday. "I don't count as a mere girl," said Roxanne.
Roxanne smirked. "So this would be your alternative to boys," remarked Roxanne. "Better than taking pleasure in tormenting others," said Thursday coolly.
Daisy arched her eyebrows. "Are we going to have a problem?" she asked taking her hand to her dagger instinctively.
Roxanne smirked at Daisy. "No, not yet," she said. "I am here to train. When the time comes, I can use any weapon I choose to delight in your suffering." She smirked as she touched the spikes of her javelin before hurling it at her target.
Daisy laguhed. "I'm sorry, I couldn't help it..." she faked a smile and then turned to Thursday. "We can go if she makes you uncomfotable."
"No, we can stay," said Thursday, frowning a little. "I doubt she will try anything without one of her favorite weapons at hand." She watched as Roxanne walked into the range, undaunted by the flying javelins around her to retrieve her own.
Roxanne offered them a devilish grin before moving her javelin over her shoulder and walking back to Daisy and Thursday at a leisurely pace. When she had returned, she smirked at the two of them. Thursday opened her mouth to make a snarky remark when a tall, attractive boy with tousled, sunshine blond hair and blue-grey eyes walked up to Roxanne. "Sorry I'm late, Roxanne," he said. "Chiron finished archery practice late."
Thursday's complexion turned pale at the sight of the boy.
Daisy returned Roxanne's smirk. She had made it her mission to not let that girl get to her. When the boy walked up to them she glanced at him for a second and then looked at Thursday. She scowled when she noticed her expression.
Roxanne smirked at Thursday. Grayson turned to see who Roxanne was looking at. His expression lit up a little. "Oh hello," said Grayson. "I didn't see you there." He chuckled as he tousled his blond hair. "You are.... Thursday, right?" He said.
Thursday swallowed the lump in her throat. "Ummm... Yes," she said.
Grayson chuckled. "Are you certain about that, because you sound unsure," he said. In reply, he received a nod. His gaze turned to Daisy. "And you must be..."
"Daisy." she said coldly still looking at Thursday. The way she was acting was not something Daisy had expected.
Grayson looked between Daisy and Thursday, uneasy. "Sorry if I interrupted anything," he said kindly.Thursday looked down a little, trying to avoid looking at either Daisy or Grayson.
Roxanne grinned devilishly at Thursday's discomfort. "Looks like an interesting situation," she said.
Daisy looked at Garyson. "It feels like I'm the one interrputing." she said walking away and grabbing a javelin.
Thursday looked up at Daisy. "Daisy..." She started to say, walking after her.Grayson looked at Roxanne curiously. "I did something wrong, didn't I?" He asked.
Roxanne smirked as she turned towards her target, positioning herself to hurl her javelin. "Yeah, you did," she said. "You arrived late." After she sent the javelin flying, she looked at him devilishly.
"I am sorry..." She said softly. "I..."Grayson walked over to the two of them, followed by Roxanne. "Whatever I did, I apologize for," he said with sincere blue eyes.
Thursday turned to him coldly. "You have done enough," she said.
Thursday blushed. "I love you," Thursday insisted. "Grayson was just... A friend of Roxanne's."Roxanne smirked.
Grayson tousled his blond hair in confusion. "You used to????" He blushed a little. "You never told me."
Thursday looked at him coldly. "Yes, I did," she said, "but you were such an oblivious boy! But that is not my point."
"Daisy," said Thursday, reaching out to touch her shoulder. "I want to be with you. Not with this fool." She glared at Grayson.Roxanne smirked. "Really?" She said. After a moment, she turned to Daisy. "Thursday evidently means it," she said, scowling. "Known her too long. She liked him for the past four years."
Daisy looked at Thursday first so she could she her reaction at Roxanne's statement. Then sje glanced at the girl herself.
Thursday looked at Daisy earnestly. "This situation has lost its entertainment factor," said Roxanne sighing. She walked towards another demigod with a smirk and took the javelin from his hands before hurling it at one of the targets.
Daisy sighed as she looked down. "It's okay, I was expecting that. I don't have much to offer, let's face it." her voice cracked.
"Daisy, that simply is not true," said Thursday. She felt her gaze grow teary from frustration and anxiety of possibly losing Daisy.Grayson lowered his gaze and started to walk away, feeling guilty that he had caused trouble. Roxanne watched him with a little concern.
"No, stop pitying me!" she lashed out. "I hate when people do that." he tone was cold. "I am not a charity! You don't just come into my life, treat me like a person for a change and then decide to leave... You're not supposed to do that..." she looked away so Thursday wouldn't notice her eyes watering.
