I, honestly, preferred Old June to New June. I felt she was stronger. I don't know what's wrong with me - if you've read the Confessions series by James Patterson, I prefer On-Drugs Tandy to Off-Drugs Tandy.

And I do totally ship them. Not exactly my OTP in the book world, but they definitely deserve a lifetime together, just saying.
The end of Champion , though... it crushed me... but at least it ended in a positive note. Not gonna spoil anything, but I believe that their story could end well. I wonder what Marie Lu has to say on the ending of Champion , whether June and Day will end up growing old(er) together or not.
June annoys me a bit, though. She's always so calculating and never lets her true feelings show. I understand that that's the way she was brought up, as a soldier, and was trained to keep a tight grip on her emotions, but it's so frustrating to watch her blunder along in a silent misery. Seriously, girl, get over yourself! She's hurting others by restraining her own emotions.
I especially hated her in Prodigy . Her character just irks me.
Day, on the other hand, is perfection. No need to elaborate more on that. He is perfect. He always will be. He is my light.

Loved them as a couple - Especially in Prodigy(Fav book) just wished that there was a bit more to the bathroom scene tho. was so disappointed in Champion..

I like them together, but I think June would be kind of better with Anden. I still haven't read the last book, so I may change my mind soon, but I don't think they fit together thaaaaat well after all.

*don't kill me* But, their love was really under developed. June sent him in not long after they had one kiss. How could they have built so much love that she rejects her home? I really feel that was a let down but without that, a great series!

I ship them like the titanic but hopefully except without the whole crash and burn part. They make a perfect OTP.
