Yes she's stringing them along and I agree she does think of herself that way but it doesn't help because in the end she keeps doing it. (view spoiler)[Gale keeps giving her portions of his food, he offered to skin the animals when they went hunting, he lost his communicuff privileges for her and yet she is "shocked" when president Coin asks if she wants them to be presented as lovers. 14% (view spoiler)[ It looks like district thirteen is just as bad as the capitol and in some respects even worse. It seems like it's very hard to find a decent regime or authority figure. The living conditions are too rigid and I think torturing people (for ANY crime) is excessive let alone torturing them for stealing food.

Also they're very secretive and suspicious in district thirteen. You're never secretive and suspicious if you're not hiding something horrible. It doesn't matter if it's the Capitol or District 13, it will always be bad for the masses. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

Okay I just have one question, for some reason I don't remember who Fulvia is? And sometimes in the book it's Fulvia and sometimes it's Flavius and I can't seem to get a grip on the gender either, is it a guy or a girl. Could somebody remind me? XD (hide spoiler)]

I didn't remember about any of them other than the fact that dressed her. I never noticed that they all looked so weird. Golden facial tattooed, green skin? I never picked that up in the other books.

She doesn't care about Haymitch and even though she's as much to blame about Peeta as he is, she's still pissed. And Gale? She's horrible to him and uses him and then get pissed at him. At some point she basically says that she doesn't care and he can think whatever he wants. In other words, he can go f@#& himself. After everything he's done for her and her family, this is the thanks he gets? And she doesn't even see it!

I'm not sure what's wrong with Finnick, I mean he knew before that they had Annie, why is this catching up to him now? Maybe he didn't have time to worry about it in the Games?

Okay I finished Part II so that's up to chapter 18 I'll compile all my comments here in this one and of course I'll view your other comments when I get there XD (view spoiler)[ Excuse my language but I have to call bullshit on four things here.

First. Katniss goes to visit Beetee and Gale working on something. She didn't notice Gale was gone. And then for some unknown reason she has to leave or she'll go "ballistic"? What the hell? Is it just me or is Katniss seems to be always incapacitated one way or the other? Hysterical much?

Second. She is sad to lose Peeta's "unconditional love" because how many people are there to give her unconditional love? Only her mother, her sister and Gale. That's THREE people! In other words, she has a loving family and a man dying to spend the rest of his life with her. How's that not enough? How could she even put the word "only" in there? Three is a lot more than what a lot of people have and much much more than anyone in the hunger games universe. Seriously what is wrong with her?

Third. She tells Gale that she feels wrong kissing Peeta because of him. I honestly don't remember one instance in which she even thought of Gale at all during kissing Peeta. However, I remember her feeling bad for Peeta after kissing Gale more than once.

Fourth. When Haymitch tells her that Peeta wants to see her she thinks she's wrote Peeta off when she was in District two that -EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD GALE- her plan was to get to the Capitol, kill Snow then get herself killed. It's interesting that Peeta's appearance is the one that puts a dent in that plan and not Gale's.
