DON'T YOU SAY THAT saying that is almost as bad as saying trylight is a good book I and alot of other people love history and hist-fiction. if you don't like it fine but don't make just genreal statments

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Kevin can say that history sucks because that is HIS opinion, not yours. And you have the right to say that history is good. They're two different opinions. So maybe YOU can stop making the general statement that everyone likes history because there are people out there who don't like history, and have every right to express their opinion on it. It's not fair that you can berate them for not liking history. How about someone who doesn't like history berate you for liking it? Sorry but I felt the need to point this out.

If someone said Harry Potter is as bad as Twilight I would ask them why they think so. I am passionate about Harry Potter but I'm not going to berate someone because they don't like it. It's their opinion and I won't judge them because of it. You can be passionate for something but don't go berating others because they don't share your opinion. You have to be open minded and understand why. I love history too but I'm not going to scold Kevin because of his opinion.

Haha yeah I try to hide it but I'm quite the arrogant person. I'm also very abrasive even though I try really hard not to be. I think laziness is also a flaw because I am sooo lazy. But I think my FATAL flaw would be honesty. I am waaaay too honest which causes me to be abrasive. I don't think about what others might feel when I say the truth or whatever's on my mind which is a dangerous thing.

@deaths coming, I don't have to say "I think", seeing that I am typing the words it wholly obvious that they are mine(and some others). I've talked to some people who read percy jackson, etc to escape the present and the past which holds no comfort for them.We learn from our past and I like "some" history but knowing who was the youngest king "in my opinion" sucks. A 5 month old can be king hence why it's irrelevant, me knowing how was boy king will have no impact on my life whatsoever. There are some useful things that history can teach and guide us.. boy kings is not one of them. Unless you are using it as a template for becoming king of Austrailia.

Two books called Blink and The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell. I read his other book called Outliers. My English teacher is bugging me to read them. I found Outliers interesting but not my type, but people say that Blink and The Tipping Point are really good, so I'll give them a chance.
