I really wanted some titles or series that are kind of fantasy based like the mortal instruments and the infernal devices. I also like dystopian books and anything that's really good;)!!! I'm not to fussed along as its not romance;)!!!

SHINY Divergent (Veronica Roth)
Legend (Marie Lu)

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks shiny I have already got divergent but I will ask for legend;)!!! Thank you;)!!

Hannah maze runner is pretty good. the hunger games if you haven't read it already. i haven't read them yet but i have heard that legend and delirium are really good.

Addee You might like The Immortal Rules series by Julie Kagawa. You already have it in your to read list. I don't remember any romance in it, not in the 1st book anyway.

Sara Cinder by Marissa Meyer, it is Dystopian sci-fi adventure fantasy and is AMAZING!!! So is the second book Scarlet. The Darkest Powers Trilogy by Kelley Armstrong, Also wonderful!!! It has werewolves and necromancers and witches and warlocks and half demons (The first Book is The Summoning). The Matched Trilogy by Ally Condie, It is Dystopian. The Study Trilogy by Maria V. Snyder, it's fantasy and awesome(The first book is Poison Study). If you haven't read them already The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. The Glitch Trilogy by Heather Anastasiu, It's a Dystopian sci-fi adventure trilogy. Under the Never Sky trilogy by Veronica Rossi, A Dystopian sci-fi adventure trilogy. Just to let you know all of the Dystopian sci-fi adventure trilogies have an element of fantasy to them also. The Song of the Lioness Quartet by Tamora Pierce, Pure fantasy but I really like the girl power in it because it's about a girl who wants to be a knight and so she switches places with her twin brother who wants to be a sorcerer. There are also two other quartets after that one in the same world. The Immortals Quartet and the Protector of the Small Quartet. Also, five more books in that world and another world in the Circle of Magic Quartet and all that follows. I love Tamora Pierce's Books!!!!!.

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks;!!

Hannah yah switched by amanda hocking is really good. i luved it.

Georgianne The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken. It's dystopian but it has completely new idea that I found really fascinating! Also, I totally fell in love with the characters :)

I know these have been mentioned, but Legend and Divergent are also amazing. Across the Universe was great as well!

If you haven't read it already, I would also recommend Percy Jackson. Even though it is written for younger kids, the stories are hilarious :)

Smeghead wrote: "You might like The Immortal Rules series by Julie Kagawa. You already have it in your to read list. I don't remember any romance in it, not in the 1st book anyway."

There's actually romance between her & a boy called Zeke in the second book The Eternity Cure. I'm pretty sure he was in the first book as well :)

***

The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong is good :) There's two following books -The Awakening and The Reckoning. There's a little bit of romance in the last book but not much :)

Iris* Dystopian:
Birthmarked (Birthmarked #1) by Caragh M. O'Brien
Starters (Starters and Enders #2) by Lissa Price
This is Not a Test by Courtney Summer

The Age of Five or The Magician Triology by Trudi Canavan are awesome fantasy books.
You may also like the Inkheart-Triology by Cornelia Funke.

Maybe you like something. :)

Promise Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas.
I promise, you won't be disappointed. The sequel, Crown of Midnight, is even better.

The Book Thief

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks sarah ;)!!! I've read the book thief that was amazing and I've already got the maze runner but haven't read it;)!!and no offence I hated the uglies series but I will ask for the other two thanks ;)!!!

Kiran Divergent, The unbecoming of mara dyer and Legend!!!!

kirstin ✿ Angelfall by Susan Ee is a really good book! You're not gonna regret it.

Hot and sarcastic hero without being an asshole? CHECK.
Kick-ass heroine with a sense of humor? CHECK.
Romance that takes time to develop? CHECK.
Fast pace, action scenes? CHECK.
Unique plot-line? CHECK.

It's only 283 pages that you can devour in one sitting. It's addictive.

Read it! Read it! It's originally self-published, but Amazon bought its rights.

It doesn't get the hype it deserves, because no one even mentioned it here >_>

Oh, and it's all about angels who take over the world and plan on destroying it. Post-apocalyptic setting. Lots of gore.

chinami Immortal City (Immortal City, #1) by Scott Speer unique and fun

Brandy Anything written by Lisa McMann, her Bang series is great and so is the unwanted series.

Meredith Lachlan wrote: "What is the unbecoming of mara Dwyer like?? I have heard good comments but how good is it??? And how much romance is there ???"

It is sooo good you should totally read it. There is romance in it though it doesn't overshadow the main premise. So far out of the two books there's been one real kiss and I think they are great books.

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

The Wolves of Mercy Falls by Maggie Stiefvater is a brilliant series. It's not quite dystopian, but it is an amazing series and definitely worth read. The Raven Cycle, another series by the same author is another I would recommend aswell.

Annie Vampire Academy <3

message 44: by Kris (new) - rated it 4 stars
