I finished The Breast by Philip Roth, which is better than I thought it would be. and the day before that I finished Miss Lonelyhearts which was fine but not as good as I thought it would be.
Clarissa, or, the History of a Young Lady by Samuel Richardson - glad this one is over, it was very long
Villette, by Charlotte Brontëand
Our Mutual Friend, by Charles Dickens
I am now done with all the Dickens works on the List. :)
Fiesta: The Sun Also Rises by Ernest HemingwayThis was Hemingway's first published novel and I found the plot thin and generally aimless; and is also my least favourite of Hemingway's novels that I've read to date.

I couldn't get past the homophobia, the antisemitism and animal cruelty. It's bundle of some of the things I loathe the most.
Finished The Woodlanders by Thomas Hardy

Thanks, RJ!
Finished reading this month's book, The Killer Inside Me by Jim Thompson. Having started the Boxall's challenge only this month, my total to-date is six books read. Not sure if I need to post the review but in case I do, here it is: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Adjunct: An Undigest by Peter MansonOne star from me. If I wasn't so OCD about reading the books on this list, I would have tossed it away after reading the first page. I know that other people see value here. I just don't.
Sunset Song by Lewis Grassic Gibbon 3/5 which is down to me rather than the book. Waiting on my 2nd cataract op which has slowed down and affected my reading this year.
Martin Eden by Jack London5 Stars - A classic that is so relevant in today's social media atmosphere
