Hi I'm Zala and this seems like a really fun group, I look forward to discussing anime and manga with you guys. ^-^ It's really hard to pick a fvourite, but I guess these are most of my favs: Hellsing (manga and anime), Fairy Tail (m&a), Deadman wonderland (manga), Trinity blood (manga, the anime is awful) and Tokyo ghoul (manga).

Just out of curiosity did you prefer the original Hellsing anime or the one based on the manga more? It took so long for that series to complete but now it is all good. :)

I have been considering reading the new Platinum End by Tsugumi Ohba (Death Note fame. ) Normally I would wait for the volume to come out but I might change my mind and start reading the chapters online.

Personally I am a fan of the Black Butler manga (much more than the anime) so if you like nice artwork with an interesting story about supernatural and criminal elements being handled by an agent of the queen of England then you might like it too. :)

Have you read the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, Vol. 1 series or Codename: Sailor V: Deluxe Edition, #1? Since it was your first anime you might want to look into the manga. If you like the magical girl genre you might also like Pretear, Vol. 1. I hope you find some manga that interest you.

Hi everyone, I'm Aishwarya. I love to read manga and I've been doing so for the past 7 years. I read everything I can get my hands on, which explains why my to-read list is growing as fast as the list of books I've read.

Some of my favourites are Red River, Basara, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Code:Breaker, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Great Teacher Onizuka, Ouran High School Host Club, DeathNote, Otomen, and Kaichou wa Maid Sama. And those are just off the top of my head.

I don't know if you live in an area where Barnes & Nobles are or ships too, but that's where I was able to get all of my Sailor Moon & Sailor V manga. Also, missdream.org has scanlations of the series as well as the live action show & Sailor Moon musicals (Petite Etrangere was my personal favorite) that you can download with subtitles.

I got mine out from a library but KissManga also has some of the scans. It is also available for purchase from Better World Books & The Book Depository . You also might check amazon or ebay.

Nice! I really enjoyed Food Wars! Unfortunately my local library only has up to volume 8. I am hoping they get more soon as I have put in a request for them to do so and they are really great about getting things patron request. Have you made any of the recopies in Food Wars yet?
