Introducing Yourself
I don't want to spam you guys with self promotion on my blog, but I thought some of you might be interested in a giveaway I'm doing for The Evolution of Mara Dyer (which is the second book in the trilogy). It's not manga, but it's a SERIOUSLY MIND TRIPPING series which you should definitely read :)
Hi I'm Becky, I like Library Wars, Kimi ni Todoke, Chihayafuru, Full Metal Alchemist, Minami-ke, Kuragehime..
HI! My name's Alexandra, you can call me Alex, and I love anime and manga. Well, I guess that's kinda obvious seeing as I went out of my way to join... Anyway, my favorite manga is Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, which you've probably never heard of. (it was never translated into English.)I really like the characters, art, and mangaka, and it is available online at mangareader.com. That kinda sounded like an advertisement... I also really like Fairy Tail, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, and... others... so many... it takes to long to think about it... Anyway, as I'm sure you can tell by my list, I read a lot of shounen. I like shojou as well (as you an tell by my Shigure avatar) and I really like manga and anime with a lot of comedy and chibis.
Welcome Alex. Thank you for joining. You should answer some of the polls to this group. There's on on Fruits Basket.
Done. Know I feel like I need to read more Rave Master and less obscure Gag Manga... I guess I just need to pull through and finish both.
Hi, I'm Emily and I like to read fantasy, science fiction, and adventure books. I'm only starting to read some manga, and it's AWESOME.
Hi I'm Laurel. I've read lots of different types of manga, but some of my favorites are Bleach, Fruits Basket, Deadman Wonderland, and OHSHC. I'm probably going to start reading Attack on Titan soon. Thanks for inviting me!
Hi, Alex ^^ I also like Yankee-kun to Megane-chan as well as Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo from the same author, though I've not been reading it lately.
Hi, my names brieanna.. I like to read everything lol.. But I'm a big fan of manga and manhwa. I'm a bit of a book collector so I have a ton of everything under the sun..

Hello everyone, my name is Camilla (my friends call me "Cam" or "Cami") and I'm Italian.I've been reading manga for the last 17 years and my very first favorite one has been Sailor Moon.
I've always been a sucker for both shōjo and josei genres, and I tend to obsess with the manga (and manhwa) I love.
My biggest obsessions have been:
-Mars
-Goong
-Fushigi Yuugi
-Tsuki no Shippo
-Hana-Kimi
-Knock Your Heart Out
I also like Yaoi and my favorite one of this genre is Wild Rock. The art is amazing!
Ohh I loved Mars I'd completely forgotten about it! And I'm a huge Hana Kimi fan. I just looked up Tsuki no Shippo and I'm pretty sure I just found my next manga to read haha
Elizabeth wrote: "Ohh I loved Mars I'd completely forgotten about it! And I'm a huge Hana Kimi fan. I just looked up Tsuki no Shippo and I'm pretty sure I just found my next manga to read haha"Hi Elizabeth!
I re-read it from time to time and it never ceases to amaze/excite me, even after all these years! :)
I had a HUGE crush on Rei!
Ahahah, you should totally give Tsuki no Shippo a try, I remember having to wait months for the next volumes to come out and being soo depressed.
But you won't have to endure that torture, the volumes are all available online in English.
Yeah I tend to read manga when they've been completely scanlated...I don't handle waiting very well haha! The first time I ever read a manga was when I'd seen the anime Skip Beat and had to know what happened and I read the manga in like...3 days or something (this was a few years ago so there weren't QUITE as many chapters...but there must have been around 100). And then I discovered it wasn't finished and I went crazy. On the upside I discovered Skip Beat fanfiction which is some of the best stuff out there, so it was a good consolation prize haha
Ahahah, tell me about it!I watched Skip Beat anime too and just like you I looked for the manga, because I wanted to know what happened next and I found out there were more than 100 chapters and it wasn't even finished yet.
So I gave up, because I was already reading too many manga like that and couldn't stand to wait more.
I've never read Skip Beat fanfiction, though I like it in general. :)
Haha, Cam, finally someone showed up, who's into Yaoi and such. I though it may become a forbidden topic in here, as no one ever mentioned any of this kind of stuff in here before (or so I think). I'd like to add something retreated to things like Yuri/Yaoi/Hentai/Ecchi etc. however, I see too many under-age people in here to do so. :P
I've also read Wild Rock before. ;) Not bad, I've liked both art and story.

Ahahah, thank God I came out then, Karolina! ;PI'm into a lot of stuff and am not embarrassed to say that I've read Yuri, Hentai and Ecchi as well.
I don't ever want to hear of Loli or Shota, because I find both disgusting, but as a manga lover I've tried to read as many different genres as I could.
So, what are your favorite Yaoi manga?
Well, once in a while I found some really distrusting things between manga... and I always though ''Oh God why...'' while reading them. I've seen some of Shota and Loli and it's not really my thing as well. :/
I've read so much Yaoi that it's hard to say about favourite, because I can't even remember what I've read before. :D So I though I might just mention some of my favourite authors of this Nekota Yonezou (I love her art *-*); Yamane Ayano; Minase Masara (I really-really love all of her stories); Ootsuki Miu. ANd there's tons more that I've could mention.. :)
