I wouldn't describe as YA and it has a 2 word title, but some people have shelved it as Teen or YA so I will mention it anyway. The cover picture shows an eye with a barcode tattooed underneath it.

I just went to Google Images and searched for "book cover art bar code". There were a few that were part of the cover art; might be worth a look.

Yes, this was her search. If you look at the "Unsolved" folder in folder view

the original poster's name is there in the "started by" column. If the OP deletes their account and all their posts sitewide, it would say "deleted member."
