Hi Taraa, you should try this one, really good: hothothot, funny and (many) good plots. Love this series!
If you like funny here are several great reads:Lexi George's Demon Hunting Series
Shelly Laurentston's The Pride Series and Magnum Pack series
And her alter ego G.A. Aiken's Dragon Kin series.
The otherworldly Prophecies novels are written with witty male first person pov. Starving Blades is out, and The Animal Within comes out in September.

Hope this helps in your book search.

HiThis series is first person female lead. The writing is witty & fun! Very steamy though ;-). Six books out in series so far.

I haven't finish reading the entire series but the first few books are really great.
Did you check out Patricia Briggs's Mercy Thompson series? Moon Called is the first book. There is a kind of companion series called Alpha and Omega that runs congruent to it. Short story is the first in this series, Alpha & Omega is the short story--it is available as a download by itself. Otherwise it's in an anthology. Then Cry Wolf starts you on book 1--read this just after you finish the first Mercy book, as it covers the time right at the end of that book.
Also, before you read book 7 of the Mercy books Frost Burned make sure that you have read ALL of the Alpha and Omega books. Something that occurs in the last (to date) of those books influences what happens in book 7.

Hi,I just read
and loved it. The hero and heroine are enemies, but have a pull toward one another. It is the first book in the series. If you click on the book, you will see my review.Nicole
Looks like you've already read a lot of my favorites here's some ideas. It's kind of a mishmatch but they are all very funny. I'm working on a "funny" shelf. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. :)
Some of my personal favorites include...
the first book in the blackdagger brother seriesand
the first book in the love at stake series...

My favorite is the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning, hands down. I've read the series 3 times now and I'm tempted to start again! This is the first book:

sarcastic humor, dragons
Raphael is, stogy, & can be viscous, his mate Cyn is a private eye and tough. Great sarcastic humor.
A new series I've just discovered. Not really romance, but totally interesting. 1632 is book 1. Then, each book afterwards moves forward a year.
Here's the start of my review of the book: It's 1632 and the auto-de-fe' is in full swing. As is the 30 year war, and the Inquisition is gaining speed as well. In France, Cardinal Richelieu is ruler in all but name. And, into all this chaos, death and war drops a small West Virginia town with all it's citizens. And, in the best tradition of that state, they promptly set to work cleaning up the mess around them.
I found out about this series because I'm also a member of the "What's the Name of That Book" group. http://www.goodreads.com/group/show/1... and someone was looking for the name of the series. And, well, their description was just so interesting that I figured I had to give it at least a chance.
Excellent story telling and Flint did his homework on what was going on in those years. The PoV goes between that of the WVa miners and the people of 1632. And he actually presents people from the past mostly as they would have BEEN.
In addition to the series itself, there is also the Grantville Gazette, which is a collection of fanfic that is mostly enjoyable. There are 3 "technical" articles at the end that are very factual. The one on radios is really interesting. The one on medicine, which I promptly dubbed in my mind Everything you never wanted to know about making your own antibiotics was, while extremely technical, also an eye opener, so that I will NEVER be able to read another time travel where the protagonists set up their own antibiotic plants quickly and easily. However, the third one. . . About as interesting as reading the New York City Phone Book. It's about horses--horse breeds, the history of horse breeds, the Names of horse breeds. . .I don't think even my 13 year old horse mad self would have enjoyed reading that. And I haven't been 13 in a lot of years.

Yesssss, 3 times and 5 books!! <3
Keep an eye out next month for Righteous Decisions, the first installment of my new paranormal romance series!
I'm reading Eve Newtons series right now. I'm on book 3 Revelation so far I love them just a great quick read , exactly what I was looking for ! I'm still looking through more books, I loved the fever series too !
I am searching for a book title...here's the gist of what I can remember of the story.Paranormal romance (hot stuff!!)
there were 4 brothers, each has a mate that they react to very strongly.
The last book, the brother is killed in the "real" world and sent to Hell. His mate, he met in a bar years, she was very awkward, they went home together and she was gone in the morning, they did meet up years later....and SHE smells like cookies, because she bakes a lot. She turns out to be his his guide in HELL
Any suggestions APPRECIATED!! :)

If you don't mind indie writers and have a Kindle, Dannika Darks Magerie series is wonderful, Amber Lynn Natusch's Caged series is great, Karina Halle's Experiment in Terror series is so very good. Young Adult series by Cameo Renae-Hidden Wings is really good as is Amy Bartol's Premonition series.Alexandra Jones series by Samantha Towle is really good too.All have great female characters. Prices are much better then traditionally published books too!
