Finished I could not get into this book from the start but persevered in the hope it would improve. Unfortunately for me it didn't i do however hope you all keep enjoying the rest of the series. :)

I'm super into the plot right now, and about 70% in, but I believe the beginning of this novel was very dry. There was a lot of confusion in the plot, for me at least, where I could not tell where it was going. I'm looking forward to how everything is going to tie together in the end!

Finished but I really need to go now for a few days so I'll update when I get back. Here's my review: Decreased this rating from 5 stars to 4. The characters just annoyed me a lot more in this book, I suppose, especially Nora, with her (view spoiler)[indecision to like Patch or not. Like, obviously she does, but she doesn't know whether she wants to. Bleh. And she got so lucky with her mum not being around! I can't believe how she doesn't tell her mum such important stuff though. (hide spoiler)] I was really surprised that Jules was (view spoiler)[such a creepy dangerous guy! (hide spoiler)] I really cannot remember anything from my first reading of it. I think I properly understand more about (view spoiler)[the whole archangel/guardian angel/fallen angel thing now though, and I understand the Prologue too. I still really liked the book though. So eager to start this. I have heard so many positive things about this series. Tbh, it is other's opinions that have swayed me towards reading this as the plot doesn't sound like my exact sort of thing. I am excited to see what I make of it :)

Haha I'm meant to have started this one today but am still reading Glass Sword. So after that one I'll get to this one. Pretty excited.

I finished it this morning. It was really good and went in a totally different direction from what I was expecting.

I had a few problems with it however: (view spoiler)[I found that there was little plot progression, and instead was just the same event repeated in different settings. Also the love triangle took a little too much focus, for my liking. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[It really annoyed me how Nora could fall for Patch when he was so rude and mean to her, initially. I know it was all explained and he turned out to be a good guy, really but before the grand reveal she was all over him. Like, girl, get some self-respect! (hide spoiler)]
