It's okay. I'm kind of not connecting to the Angels and their elite, bizarre life but I'm excited to find out who the killer is. I'll read the second one when I get a copy! Glad it was so much better!

i agree. I just got to chapter 6, and so far it is really good. He is doing A very good job at keeping the readers on the edge of their seats. I really like Tandy. I really look forward to reading more.

Chapters 7-8. This book is still really good. I really don't know how I feel about Matt though.

@Jacquelyn, Patterson's chapters are usually between 5-15 pages. Any new thought becomes a new chapter. Makes it easy to come to a stopping point.

Normally they're actually shorter XD Like 3-7 pages for me. But then I suppose I haven't really read any adult ones.

I've read all 16 of the Women's Murder Club and many of his stand alone books. I've read all of the NYPD Red series and 9 of the Private series. They are such easy reads and keep you interested.
