How about Books in a Series - you could finish a series or just read more books in a series you have started. It doesn't have to be just one series you could read books in numerous series you have already startes.

Of course, we could just break these two down into two each:
* Different Authors (or new to you authors)
* Favorite Genre (or favorite sub-genre of romance)

That would give us 12:
* Favorite Author
* Different Authors
* Favorite Genre
* Chunky Book (More than 400pages)
* Novella (Less than 250pages)
* New 2013 2014 release
* Different Genres
* Anthology
* Holiday-themed books (Christmas, Halloween, etc.)
* Books in a Series

* Favorite sub-genre of romance
