Yes, not only was Unjust Cause (Alex Connor #2) published by Wizard Tower Press this last year (https://wizardstowerpress.com/books-2...) but also, I just signed another contract for an as-yet-unnamed Alex Conner book #3 that is due to my publisher at the end of this year (2021). We hope to have book #3 out by early 2022!

If anyone is still waiting to hear this, I hope this makes your day!(less)

Kickstarter is LIVE

The Kickstarter for the Dragon Shelter Anthology is now live!!

This is the Kickstarter that I mentioned in an earlier post. The story I wrote for this is a lot of fun and very personal. I wrote it based on my time as a library circulation staff and the ending makes me cry happy tears (and hopefully will for you, too.) Teaser: there is an emotional support DRAGON involved!

At any rate, if you are so

"Ugh. This book got glowing reviews from many of my friends, but it just did not work for me. It has passion and anger — but it takes more than that to make a good story. Passion and anger and strong emotions can only carry it so far. N.K. Jemisin and" Read more of this review »

“Let me get this straight. I can't take the vampire with me because if I remove the stake, he can kill us all. Now I can't take the girl because she's what? some kind of ninja witch?”

“I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season.”
Martin Luther King Jr.
