1. Cold As Ice by Anne Stuart; Narrated by Natalie Gold~~2-new narrator~~7/2/13. Book: ★★★ Narrator: ★★★ Experience: B-narrator didn't add or detract from the book.
2. It Had to Be You by Jill Shalvis; Narrated by Annie Greene~~2-new narrator~~7/6/13. Book: ★★★½ Narrator: ★★★★ Experience: B-narrator was great but didn't make a so-so book any better.
3. Wicked Burn by Beth Kery; Narrated by Shirl Rae~~2-new author and narrator~~7/15/13. Book: ★★★ Narrator: ★★★ Experience: B-okay narration for an ok book.
4. Next of Kin by Sharon Sala; Narrated by Kathe Mazur~~2-new author and narrator~~8/3/13. Book: ★★★ Narrator: ★★★ Experience: B-narrator was good, but a little monotone in most parts of the book. The plot line was very similar to The Witness by Nora Roberts, but this book was not as good.
5. Backstage Pass by Olivia Cunning; Narrated by Justine O. Keef~~2-new author and narrator~~8/22/13. Book: ★★★★ Narrator: ★★★★ Experience: A-Narrator was great! She has a laid back, easy-going approach to telling the story that was perfect with the tone of the book.
6. Rock Hard by Olivia Cunning; Narrated by Justine O. Keef~~3-favorite author and narrator~~8/30/13. Book: ★★★½ Narrator: ★★★★ Experience: A-Narrator was great again, but the book was about 2 hours too long. I'm all for the sexy times but there were about 3 or 4 sex scenes that were not necessary. It was almost as if the author was playing "let's see how many ways and public places I can write these two people having sex."

Book: ★½ Narrator: ★★★★★ Experience: A&B Susan Ericksen was stellar as usual, but even she could not save this boring, unromantic book with it's cold, unlikeable heroine. I wanted to DNF it several times, but stuck it out. However, I will be returning it on Audible to get my credit back.
2. Love With a Scandalous Lord by Lorraine Heath; Narrated by Robin Rowan~~3-favorite author~~8/10/13. Book: ★★★★ Narration: ★★★★ Experience: A-I liked the book and would enjoy it in print, but the narrator was very good.
3. Never Seduce a Scot by Maya Banks; Narrated by Kristen Potter~~3-favorite author~~8/15/13. Book: ★★★★★ Narration: ★★★★★ Experience: A-Loved the story and the narration. Kristen Potter was terrific with all the voices and accents.

2. All She Wrote (2) 7/27/13 Book: ★★★★☆ Experience: ★★★★☆ This was a new narrator for me and he did a good job. I would definitely listen to him again.
3. Talker (2) 8/16/13 Book: ★★★☆☆ Experience: ★★★☆☆ The narrator did an okay job. He had expression but the expression didn't sound right. He sounded excited the entire time and was odd considering some of the topics were a little angsty.
4. Talker's Redemption (3) 8/26/13 Book: ★★★★☆ Experience: ★★★☆☆ This was the same narrator as the first and I have the same issue. He sounded too excited the entire time and it didn't fit the feel of the book.

I've updated the lists at the beginning of this thread with the finishers. Please let me know if I missed you!!Overall, we had 31 participants with 19 finishers for this challenge. We listened to 326 books during the challenge! There were 4 people who started at Six(teen) Candles and pushed themselves to finish Jack Bauer's Back! One even admitted to being an audio addict now - welcome to the dark side, where you can read/listen while doing other mundane chores and tasks! But one of the things I found most interesting was that while the top and bottom levels were the most popular, we had at least one person complete every level!
I hope you had enjoyed my little twist on movie titles for this audiobook challenge! (Yes, I fudged a little with Jack Bauer's Back - but I couldn't help myself!!) I love audiobooks, so I had a lot of fun coming up with this and hosting it! Thanks for joining me and letting me host for you!!
