I've gotten this book from the library twice and had to return it because it was a two-week book (still new). I hope that the third time is the charm. I'm determined to get through it this time.

I'm still reading The Tumbling Turner Sisters and I thought I should mention that racism is a theme in this novel. There's a character who is African American tap dancer and he experiences discrimination in vaudeville. His life story is a record of the racism during this period (1920's U.S.).

THE WINDUP BIRD CHRONICLE and went back to KAFKA ON THE SHORE and got from our Oxfordshire City library 4 more of his mind using books.

Currently reading The Dead Path by Stephen M Irwin. I have to say that this book took my by surprise at how fast of a read it is. I am very pleased with the characters and the perspective that the author puts on how the main character sees ghosts and what their meaning is.
