I'll nominate When She Woke by Hillary Jordan. I have it scheduled as a buddy read for another group and I've heard really good things about it. It is a remake of The Scarlet Letter. Except in this case the woman's entire body is turned red because she (supposedly) committed murder (of her unborn child). Check out the link!
