You must have missed the magical unicorn quest to save Marshmallow then if you still think that. I t all started in my anime hole when the wizard Bandalf knocked on my door bringing many turtle people with him which they soon read all my manga. After all that we started our magical journey where we would learn how to burn down villages and start wars. on the way to throw the pikachu into the great unicorn volcano with instead of lava there was unicorns but along the way I found the legendary Keyblade. after fighting our way through hordes of titans (A.O.T. titans) we arrived at the volcano of unicorns and threw the Pikachu in then all of a sudden the sky burst into rainbows and marshmallow came down and brought millions of kittens with them. we then rejoiced with snow ball fights wait I mean kitten ball fights and went home with piles of kittens in wheelbarrows...

Well, My alter ego was aiming at me, but I hit her first...
Then my friend chested by throwing with his METAL arm, when I said to take it off and I would tie my other hand behind my back...
So I had to tackle him and pin him down while my friends threw snow over him... I was laughing my head off!

Depends on your definition of "All Mechanical"
It's mechanical, yes, but it is controlled by his brainwaves, like a normal arm. It's stronger than any normal arm though, so I recommend not trying to kick him in the face. he will smack your leg away from his face so hard he might actually break your leg...
If you mean it's controlled remotely, like he needs to constantly press buttons on a remote or his belt, then No.
